This product did really well in Good Housekeeping's 2010 anti-aging beauty reviews (and I'm a product junkie), so I figured I'd give it try. I used it for the first time today. I was immeditely impressed. I've tried just about everything and VERY few products give you instant results. I wondered if I was just wishful thinking and yet two people have already commented on my eyes today! One friend asked me how in the heck I avoid having wrinkles at 37! I don't have many wrinkles anyhow, but getting that particular remark on the first day of using this product tells me it really works! Given some of the other bad reviews, let me clarify... This is NOT an eye moisturizer or long-tem wrinkle reducer. I don't think it will actually reduce wrinkles or even necessarily improve the skin around your eyes (I use other products for those tasks.) This temporarily makes the lines you have look less visible. I can only speak as to crow's feet and lines around eyes.... I didn't try using it anywhere else. But I can say it made noticible -allbeit temporary- difference in the skin around my eyes.To keep crow's feet at bay, you can't beat botox, but your at-home regimine is what gets rid of fine lines and keeps your eye area looking good. I use a different nighttime and daytime regimin:NIGHT: Remove all traces of makeup...carefully and without tugging on that delicate skin. Then alternate using a RetinA product first + moisturizing eye cream on top (such as Olay Pro X Eye Cream) on some nights and -on other nights- either Vitamin E oil (cheap but great) or a good serum (such as Kinerase). DAY: Use a eye lifting serum or (now I can recommend) THIS product (Boots No7 Intensive Line Filler), let it sit for a minute and then use a good, moisturizing eye cream (for ex., the Olay one mentioned above or Elizabeth Arden's Millenium Eye Cream...usually available a TJ Maxx). Always apply with your ring finger and do so from the outer to inner corner...with a light touch. (Note: I do my morning routine after putting on eye makeup - except mascara- and cleaning off the excess. That way, my powder doesn't fall down in the eye cream.)

I am very self conscious of the lines around my mouth so I thought I'd give this product a try. I think it actually has softened those lines and I use it under my eyes and I think I see results... It took a few days of using to see results and I sometimes wonder if it's really working. I think it is, but for 17.99 it should have something more to help boost collagen and actually help fight wrinkles while it softens.

I was at Target today with a friend who was raving about another Boots No.7 product and I noticed this tube on display and of course didnt think it would do anything so I went to the mirror & patted a small amount on my crows feet around one eye. OMG, I couldnt believe how they virtually disapeared. I kept the same stupid smile on my face the entire time so I'd be able to really see the difference, if any. I was literally stunned. My friend couldnt believe it. She then put some on just one of her eyes and sure enough it totally smoothed the lines. I bought it ($18) and we'll see how it goes on a daily basis. I dont expect it to have lasting affects and that's fine w/me. I bought it with the idea that it'll help smooth out the lines when I need it too. Wrinkles are wrinkles folks so we have to deal w/them. I give this product a 5 star becuase it's RARE that you see a product actually work within seconds. Tomorrow morning I'll put it on first thing and see how long it last during the day.

I am in my early 40's and deal with hormonal skin. Sensitive dry/combo in fall/winter and sensitive combo skin in the summer. I bought this poduct with the hopes of "magic away the years" as they advertise on the tube. After one tube, no such luck with my skin. No difference after several days of use or after 5 weeks of use. I am having better results right now with Burt's Bees Naturally Ageless Serum. I am very lucky and don't have any major wrinkles at my age, but am still vain with the small ones that show when I smile. The tube looks nice, easy to control the amount needed and feels very nice when applied to the skin. The only advantage I see me in keeping the rest of the tube is that it makes an excellent makeup base, (reason for 2 lippies) but you can find a better and cheaper primer. Sorry Boots, but you let me down with this one.

Well, overall I did like this product. I actually feel like Line Filler does temporarily soften my lines - specifically my "11" lines between my eyebrows, plus the "underline" of the 11 that I seem to be developing..! I also use it on the "brackets" around my mouth. Yes, I really do see a slight smoothing and softening/filling. I've tried Lift Fusion, and at $200, boy did I WANT it to do something, but I found it completely useless. And I also have Benefit's Dr. Feelgood, which I do use on occasion. It fills in lines, sort of, but it does it by actually filling lines with a sort of "wax" (IMO). Line Filler is like a moisturizer - it sinks in, and yet it does (to my mind) seem to "fill". I may or may not buy this again - on the one hand, it's not so remarkable that I will use it daily forever, but on the other hand, I find myself reaching for it every now and then when I want to feel just a wee bit less mature!

I bought into some of the hype regarding Boots No 7 products and decided to try the Intensive Line Filler. Have been using it in the morning off and on for about 3 mos now. It does not fill lines, not by a long shot. It also does not do a thing to soften lines over time. At best, it probably contains some diffusers to make your lines APPEAR less evident. You can find the same type of illusion in make-up, such as Cover Girl Advanced Radiance and save your $$$!!! Edit 4/08: I recently started using Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra Lift Daily Targeted Deep Wrinkle Treatment. It does not "fill", but it DOES soften and fade lines and better yet softens deep wrinkles. Edit 12/08: Have discovered Olay Filling & Sealing Wrinkle Treatment. Using the proper technique (pat, pat this into your lines before AND after applying foundation) and this Olay product is truly a miracle worker!!
