    This is my first time ever using milani nail polish and this top coat is horrible. I put it over dark blue nail polish and it turned it foggy and doesn't look shiny at all.

    for me, this top coat is glossy, dries fast, does not thicken up in the bottle...and it keeps my nail polish last long without chipping. i am almost done with the bottle but it retains the formula...

    i like milina polishes except this one. i thought their top coat should be as good as their polishes but i was wrong. it made polishes chip over one day! it would be even better without applying...
