I'm so tired of skincare products using such lofty words as MIRACLE. Strictly a move to try to justify the often ridiculous price points these products have, IMO. Anyway, I received a sample of this in my Birchbox and I wasn't at all impressed. It's a moisturizer. It is a little heavier than many, and it does the job, I suppose. But, like with so many other facial skincare …Read more

Hard to find a moisturizer for my sensitive dry and yet prone to breakout skin. First time I tried this I hated it. Left my skin shiny all day and felt like it was just "sitting" there instead of being absorbed. And then it broke me out after about a week of use. I tried it again months later after reading reviews which suggested emulsifying it in your fingers before applying. Seems to …Read more

I have oily skin which, unfortunately, seems to be getting oilier as I get older. I initially tried using this product as a nighttime face cream. It was great for the first few nights, and then it started to clog my pores. After that, I decided to limit my usage to around the eye area, which, ultimately, didn't work -- after a few tries, it caused itchiness and irritation and some additional …Read more

This was my go to moisturizer before my skin became sensitized to a Philosophy retinol product, which I used more than a year and half ago and still experience an angry red rash and swelling under my eyes whenever I try to use my former skin care regimen. However, when I was using it I really liked it. My skin is somewhat oily so I used it only on my cheeks, under my eyes and on my eyelids. It …Read more

This stuff felt a bit greasy on me and made my foundation oxidize. It didn't absorb completely into my skin and clogged my pores, too. Nope.

This is a no-frills basic moisturizer which has become a victim not only of the hype machine but also of egregious mark ups. I happen to love this moisturizer because it does what it says on the tin - gives me hydrated, supple skin that doesn't dehydrate by mid day. It allows me to use slightly stronger actives (P50 & BHA) without fear of flakes.

And yes, make up goes over …

Can't say enough good things about this moisturiser! I stock up on this every time I go to Paris! It does everything it says it will and it lasts foreverrrrrr! I've got skin like the Sahara desert - it literally soaks up anything I put on it but very rarely has it stayed moisturised throughout the day! I used to have use a rich night cream every night but now with just using this in the …Read more

I like this moisturizer, but it's not my favorite by any means. The best thing about it in my opinion is the glow that it gives the skin. This is really nice and unique. Unfortunately, it's not moisturizing enough for my dry winter skin, and it started clogging my pores after a few weeks. I also thought it had a strong smell- it reminded me of fireside scented candles, which was kind of …Read more

Bought the gold tube. I had a sample of it, but the consistency in the sample is a lot thicker and the full size tube is noticeably thinner. Seems they need to be more consistent with the formulations. I don't have any problems of it running out of the tube like some posts. Just squeeze a little bit with the tube facing up and not down...

It is ok, but I don't feel is …

This cream deserves its cult-like status within the skincare world. I have been using this every day under my makeup for two weeks, and every day I like it more and more. When I first started using it, I thought it was too light and not hydrating enough. The fact that there's no spf was also a big turn off for me. But surprisingly, the cream seemed to adapt to my skin over time and …Read more
