I received two generous samples and used the Creme de la Mer for two weeks both night and day.

Bottom line, I'm not impressed. La Mer has different types of face cream/moisturizing cream that I'd lean towards first before buying 'the original'.

I have very dry skin, eczema on top of that, and I'm almost 40. I would, hands down, purchase a Sisley …

This product has no value and no results. The formula is ridiculously basic certainly not worthy of its three digit price tag. All it is is mineral oil and perfume. It's the modern day snake oil. My more detailed review video is below.

I have always taken care of my skin, and have always been a bit of a product junkie, but as I transitioned into my mid-30's I decided it was time to stop goofing around and really commit to a skin care regimen. I knew that a lot of older women swore by this product and I have never seen a mature woman who uses this who didn't have amazing skin. That was enough to convince me that there …Read more

I've received three generous samples which have definately made me decide whether to purchase the full size. Skin type and background first because I think it's relative to my review.
I have oily skin. Can be sensitive with some redness. Nothing extreme but visible for sure. I am a big skin care fanatic. I will try most things and I use retinol and acid toners so I can …

This product is all about repair. My skin isn't terrible but after I had my baby I started breaking out and looking blotchy. I got this after hearing about it from everyone I know with great skin and I have to say the results are seemingly worth the hype. My pores are no longer clogged, the scars are rapidly healing and it feels like the spa when I put La Mer on every morning and night. I …Read more

I know I maybe a bit too young to try on this but I was suffering from very dry skin, like really really dry skin
I used to have combination skin which didn't need attention, I can just put any moisturizer on and that's okay
but after I've tried some base make-up for a few times, my skin turned really really dry to the point that it hurts.

So, I've decided …

Okay, so I have read EVERY single review up to about October 2012. That's eleven years' worth. And I will finish them all. I just want to throw mine in.
A sizeable number who rated it poorly never used it. They looked at the ingredients and decided it was no good. These, I suppose, are the same people who decide they don't like Kelly because of what they heard about Kelly …

I have used La Mer products since the late 90's and at 53 yrs old and a product junkie, I have tried all of them. I have sensitive, not just acne prone, but cystic acne prone skin. I have used the original La Mer consistently since 1998, along with the Moisturizing Lotion and several other La Mer products off and on as well. I have never suffered a break out from either moisturizer and …Read more

I'm basing this review on a sample I received. The cream is rich and glides on nicely with a luxurious feel. It's definitely rich, but to be honest, I can't justify buying it for the price. I've used other drugstore creams that feels similar and seems to work just as well. Perhaps you need to use it longer to see results but judging from the other reviews here I probably will …Read more

I'm 46 and am regularly thought to be in my 20's, even by teenagers and 20 somethings. I attribute this to decent genes (thanks, Mom) and gentle skincare. (A healthy diet doesn't hurt, either.) CDLM works extremely well for my skin but I suspect it's just a really great sealant and that the "miracle broth" has little to do with it's effectiveness. I suspect it …Read more
