I decided to get the lip balm because it has a harder and waxier texture over the minted rose balm. It stays on the lips more comfortably this way. This product has slightly different ingredients from the other lip balm. This one is formulated with mainly petrolatum and lanolin while the other is comprised of cotton seed oils. Depending on what you need you should choose the balm that is better …Read more

I purchased this at my local Sephora for about 7-8 dollars, which is pricier than the average drugstore lip balm, but not as expensive as other balms sold at Sephora (Korres, Fresh Sugar, etc.). I had initially wanted to try the original Smith's Rosebud Salve, but they were out of them (except for one nasty, finger-dipped tester), so I was left with this balm and the mint rose balm. I …Read more

I'm on my second of these and still love it.
The smell is amazingly sweet, the texture is delicate and thick.
And even though it looks like there's almost nothing in it, it goes a long way.
And you can use it on whatever bodypart you like - I use it not only on my lips but also sometimes on my elbows, hands (especially cuticles) and dry parts on my skin.
The only con …

This is one of my all time favorite lip balms. It smells wonderful and it is so soooo moisturizing. I think it is excellent for the colder months! I apply it before I go to bed and after I wake up and my flaky lips are smooth for the whole day.

A lot of people complain about it being in a tin, but I actually don't mind! Yes, it's unsanitary to be dipping your finger into a …

Got this in the tube form and because i have very dry lips, this is not amazing but fine. I love how it smells and the glossy shine. I liked petrolatum based lipbalms in place of lip gloss because they leave a nice glossy shine and aren't as drying. I prefer lipbalms made from oils that really moisturizes and would use this over tinted lipbalms for shine because natural lipbalms tend to …Read more

Where has this been all my life? I was an avid Carmex and Burt's Bees Honey Lip Balm user for quite some time. Lately, I've been getting tired of them and I feel like they are no longer working so I decided to reach for something else. I saw this at Sephora and just grabbed it out of impulse. I am so glad I I gave in! It hydrates my super dry lips better than Carmex or Burt's Bees …Read more

The lip balm is fine, but I would not buy this again because the medal lid is hard to get off,and don't try to open it with wet hands.I like quick access to a product and this didn't do the trick...

I love this product!! I'm either going to repurchase or try the Minted Rose. It has great moisture and lasts so long! The consistency is very much like jelly, maybe if it were firmer I would start stockpiling it but unlike what many people say, it is much better then Vaseline. It adds the best shine but slowly penetrates deeply to moisturize your lips and doesn't flake off. The extra I …Read more

What can I say.... HG!
Let me start by saying this is the ONLY, I repeat ONLY lip balm that has ever worked for me! I have the worst dry and cracked lips year round especially in the winter.
My mom bought this for me as a stocking stuffer last Christmas and I haven't looked back since! It works in a day!
The smell is so amazing I've tried the rose salve but that one …
