I love Lush. The salespeope are nice. They let me browse without stalking me and they are very helpful when I ask them questions. I always love the smell of the store and I love many of their products (though not all). My favourites are catastrophe cosmetic fresh face mask, lemony flutter and Henna Caca Brun to color my hair. Their shampoo Rehab saved my hair after it was terrible damaged by …Read more

How can you not love Lush? It's a treat for me just to visit their stores! And you can smell one from faar away, haha. I love their policy of using natural, high quality ingredients, reducing packaging and not test on animals. However, they do still use a lot of SLS and other stuff that I'd like to see less of, especially in stuff like conditioners and hair treatments, I just don't …Read more

I LIKE Lush but I don't LOVE it. You have to pick your products very carefully, as some are not up to standard. For example, I have had some really rubbish soaps, that don't lather and smell awful. On the other hand I have had fabulously creamy scented bars of soap that do the job. The thing about Lush, is that when their products are good, they are great, and when they are bad, they …Read more

Disappointed. My local LUSH store is very enticing--the smells, the colors & the implication of more natural products. I decided to go in to try out Dream Cream that people rave about. I sampled the cream & read the ingredients. It has parabens in it! I know some people don't care but I do --especially when you are paying a premium price & implying your products are natural. The …Read more

When I visit my local LUSH store (still a good 50miles from where i live lol) I can smell it walking up the street it is in. Walking in to a LUSH store reminds me of walking in to a cheese shop (but with a nicer smell) the way all the soaps are displayed. LUSH shops are a shop what looks like a colour bomb has exploded. All the colours and smell that can be fitted into one shop.

All …

There's a few LUSH stores in the state that I live in but sadly the closest one to me is at least a 30 minute commute. It took me a while to find the store and since I was with a friend, she got pretty aggravated that we were wondering around searching for a store that seemed almost non-existant. But after giving up, we actually managed to find the store underground by mistake.

I went to LUSH to see what all the hype was about, and spent some time looking around the store at what to buy. The employees were VERY ANNOYING; every time i picked something up they would run up to me and say, omg i love that it s mellls so good! They smelled like dirt to me. Also, when i would look to see what bathbombs i liked they kept bothering me like i can't read english and need …Read more

I must be in a minority here as I really don't rate Lush at all. For years I've sort of been attracted to the shop, lured in by its bright colours, scents (altoughh they smell pretty synthetic) and by the ethos of handmade products. But every time I find myself in one of their outlets (I've visited in the UK, Spain, Turkey and Egypt) something just stops me from buying: for a start …Read more
