I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet. I've been using it for years, repurchasing time after time. I have dry-to-very-dry, sensitive skin. This moisturizes well, with no irritation - no stinging, no rashes, no redness - nothing. It sinks in and works well under makeup. It's not over-the-top hydration like a mask or a hardcore night cream, but it is perfect for me for …Read more

I needed something more moisturizing than Hydralight, so I chose this. I've been using it for some months.

PROS: It has good ingredients and will definitely keep skin hydrated.

CONS: I hate the texture. It's a little thicker and something about it makes me feel like I need to use more than I normally would. It is pretty easy to overdo though, and then it just looks …

This is a really high grade product that is wonderful for restoring moisture and suppleness to dehydrated winter skin. And since it is formulated by PB it has all of what your skin needs and none of the stuff it doesn't. I sleep with a humidifier which is the ultimate necessity in keeping your skin hydrated but since I cannot walk around with a humidifier all day (and drinking more water …Read more

As fall rolled into winter, my combo skin began to dry out like a prune. Since I use many Paula's Choice products I decided to replace the Hydralight lotion I was using this summer with the Moisture Boost cream. Wow, did this help. My skin went from dehydrated and flaky to moist and replenished in a couple days. Once my skin was back to normal this cream became too greasy, so I alternate …Read more

This is a brilliant product. One of those that is designed to moisturize well, without necessarily being overly heavy of shiny. Feels great in my skin. Moisturizes perfectly. Keeps and balances moisture with the jojoba. Does not clog pores. I would use it every day, if I did not need SPF.

Pros: silky texture, sinks right into skin with no greasy afterfeel for me, helps with redness, dryness and irritation. Works great under make-up, or mixed with foundation for my own tinted moisturiser. No essential oils or fragrance. can be used around the eyes.

Cons: none

This product really helped me with my sometimes parched, dehydrated combination skin. My cheeks can …

This is a super moisturiser. It's not greasy, feels quite light but it will moisturise. It sinks right in.Full of antioxidants, fragrance and alcohol free, packed so ingredients remain stable. No added nasties. It's not as heavy as the skin recovery which I usually use.I alternate between the two, usually depending on the seasons. This leaves my skin super soft and glowing,It really has …Read more

I do like Paula's line and some of her products and I really did like the consistency of this cream when I first used it. Unfortunately I didn't realize it had Niacinamide in it until AFTER I used it! My fault, I did not check the ingredients, anything with Niacin can cause flushing (taken orally or applied topically) for the very sensitive. I also get hives from it too :-( I think …Read more

My skin is already sensitive (rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis), but now it's decided to suddenly become dry instead of slight oily. Oh, yay. After an irritation reaction to a product, I went on a Paula's Choice buying spree because her stuff is free of fragrances and known skin irritants, which brings me to this moisturizer. OMG, how can such a moisturizing product also be so light …Read more

I bought this at a whim because I was looking for a night time moisturizer and this was on sale on Paula's website for about $8 and I really like this! I use retin-a so my skin does get quite dry easily and I found this moisturizer helping my skin a lot. I no longer get dry patches around my cheek area which I used to have.

I would describe the consistency to be like a cream-gel …
