Slightly thick, easily spreadable and removes all of my makeup (except for a bit of waterproof mascara if i don't wipe properly). Skin is not overtly dried out or greasy after washing it off.

I received a sample of this in DHC's monthly catalogue. It appears to be a gommage-type exfoliating product. It's a clear gel that is supposed to roll off dead skin. I found this tinted version in an Asian store. They had a bright pink and a red, and I bought the red. It moisturizes as well as the clear, but since it is sheer, you have to apply more heavily and it looks more pink than red on lips because of this.
Still it's a nice option for casual wear when you can reapply and it wasn't expensive.
When I discovered this in the UK in 2017, I never look back; no other makeup remover comes close to this (not even the Shu Uemura version). My skin doesn’t feel dry after cleansing and it removes everything without the need to tug or rigorously rub the skin! Waterproof mascara and eyeliners, long-stay foundation just melted off. Amazing!
