Tagus in that Selfie is part of OPI's 2018 spring and summer Lisbon Collection, It's a soft, dusty rose-pink crème. It's very, very similar to Excuse Me, Big Sur from last summer's California Dreaming collection (also by OPI). Application was a little tricky: in order to avoid streakiness and patchiness, you have to apply it slowly and carefully. However, it is a very pretty, understated color which is perfect for spring.

So I am in this age range for this product and thought.. wow .. lets give this a go. I have worked in the cosmetic industry and have always used great skin care daily. So I have now been trying out some drug store brands of foundations. I guess, always looking for that "OMG" product. I have been using Cover Girls Simply Ageless foundation and surprisingly LOVED IT. So I ran out and thought, let's try this. I love Revlon products.... ;however.. this one I do not.I gave it a few chances. With my moisturizer underneath, without..and both times it was difficult to apply, it actually dragged over my skin leaving "empty patches" and settling in spots around my nose and mouth. There are no wrinkles there, just the regular textures of my skin.It wore off, and felt like it was actually slipping off. I was very disappointed. I do love the packaging. I think you would get all of the product out unless, like me, you return it as throwing it away at $15 is really a "hell no."Id not recommend nor buy this again and for something I am shocked I love.. I will go back to Cover Girls/Olay's foundation.

I got a sample of this at Sephora and I did love this. She used no concealer and it covered my acne skin great. She put a bit of power (I think the brand was Kat Von and another word.... Forget...) and I LOVED it! A few hours later I looked in the mirror and the foundation was caking around my acne spots and it didn't look nice close up. Far away it looked fine. I decided I'll give it one more shot because it might've been the power so I tried it again and without the powder it looked a lot more nicer but my mom did comment it looked way too thick and caky (Everything does with her... lol). I'll finish the sample and maybe I'll ask or another one to try it out one more time. I love the coverage and it didn't feel heavy at all which is great because I don't like feeling makeup on my face.Colour was good but the price was WHEW! A bit over 60 Canadian! I really want to like it so I'll try more ways so it doesn't look so caky.

The sassy one eyeshadow palette has eight powder eyeshadows, in three different finishes. Having hooded eyes I love the ratio of the finishes; one satin highlight, five mattes and two metallics - this palette has more matte shades than the brand's other two palettes AND there is no microglitter; LOL [white satin], Nah [peach matte], Never [nectarine matte], Seriously Tho [copper metallic] ,Bitch [taupe matte], Physically [warm light brown matte], Bad One [;champagne-toned gold metallic] and K [neutral medium brown matte].I really like the mattes in the other palettes from the brand, but the ones in The Sassy One palette are on another level; buttery smooth, mega easy to blend, great to mix together to create new shades and they have next to no fallout. The metallic shades feel exactly like the mattes do formula-wise, and the sheer satin shade works great a a base and brow/tearduct highlight. All of the shadows are non-fading, and I haven't experienced any creasing - I apply them in the morning [no primer] and they'll still look good in the evening, when I remove it. The metallic shades Seriously Tho and Bad One have a bit more fallout in comparison to the other shadows which have very little, which isn't a dealbreaker for me but I still thought I'd mention it. Fallout in shadows doesn't really bother me as I do my eyes before my base - all pigmented & softer shadows have fallout. The shade K doesn't apply as deep as it appears in it's pan - again this isn't something that bothers me as I'm not very keen on working with deep eyeshadow shades, but if you are looking for a richly deep brown shade, then this isn't it.The selection of shades and finishes is very complimentary and easy to wear, so you don't spend ages trying to mentally group together shades to wear - plus peachy tones are some of my favourite shadows shades, so getting two in this palette makes sure that I keep returning to it. I recommend checking this palette out - such a reasonable price for the quality, and I think that the shades will look good on everyone regardless of age or skintone. The Sassy One is the perfect eyeshadow palette to leave out on your dresser to grab in the mornings, to whip up 'everyday' work appropriate looks as well as brighter looks with more 'oomph' and combining with less practical palettes to make them more workable...

My version's a little bit different - it's 8% sodium sulfacetamide and 4% sulfur. But, that seems similar enough and I think the inactives are pretty close, too. I can't be certain how great this stuff is on it's own, honestly. I use it in conjunction with Aczone (which I'm not convinced does anything, yet) and Rx Differin .3% (the real workhorse of this trio, imo). BUT! When I notice new bumps brewing, I dab some of this on like a mask and let it sit for anywhere from 10-30 min. I got this idea from a previous reviewer. After I rinse off, I follow up with my Differin and the spots have gone down by the next morning. This stuff can be drying, especially when used with other topicals, but most successful acne treatments are. And it stinks to high heaven. But, I'd rather have dry, stinky skin than breakouts any day. My bottle has a pump top, which can get easily gunky. And lucky for me, I received this through a free Rx company.

I hesitate to call these a godsend in terms of a bad breakout, but I bought them to help healing of breakouts as well as a way for me to curb my tendency to pick. On that latter aspect, they're fantastic.I haven't had a major breakout since buying and trying these, so I can't say they've done an amazing job because there hasn't been the opportunity. They are little clear patches -- they come in two sizes, for a total of 40 per box -- and contain tea tree oil, witch hazel, salicylic acid (the last ingredient listed, in fact, so it may not be too strong) and other extracts (parsley, etc., plus rubber). The packaging is a little cardboard box with a hinged top (like the old cigarette boxes of days past -- or maybe they still make them; I'm not sure). Inside are four sheets, sealed like band-aids, and each sheet has 10 patches. After pulling a couple patches off the sheet they're stuck to, the waxy packaging seals back closed pretty well, keeping these "fresh," if that's even necessary. (I'm not sure, but it's nice that it works that way.)The directions say to clean the area, dry hands, and apply a patch over the pimple and press edges (gently) to seal. Leave on for one to eight hours. They stay on well. I had one on my chin, near my mouth, and it stayed on through sipping coffee, eating food, and talking and reapplying lip balm. I put on a fresh one before bed, and it stayed on all night, even though I tend to sleep on my side with my face squished into my pillow. These remove easily, too, without irritating or ripping skin (like some band-aids can). So, while I haven't used these on a major zit to test their efficacy, they do apply easily, look subtle (should you want to venture out with one of these on), stay on a good while, and keep me from clawing at a breakout or a healing pimple, thereby helping them heal so much faster, and that alone makes them worth it. I'll definitely buy more.

This mascara is perfect for everyday use! At first I hated this mascara. The wand is hard to get used to but it does work well once you figure it out. Surprisingly it’s now my new favorite for a few reasons: 1) It doesn’t flake AT ALL and doesn’t smudge onto your skin 2) even though it doesn’t flake, it comes off easily with face soap or makeup remover 3) it lasts forever! Seriously I’ve been using it daily for over 3 months and no sign of running out (probably will expire sooner than it runs out) and 4) it gives you great everyday lashes, nothing especially spectacular but it makes my lashes noticeably longer and full looking - great balance and not spidery at all. 5) it holds a curl!!

I never normally wear gloss, but i love these!!! I have Fortune Cookie, which is very sheer, but adds a very polished look, Creme Brulee, slightly more pinky, and Tiramasu, a nude slightly deep pink shade, they all go on quite sheer with just a hint of colour. They are extremely moisturising, and i like it that they don't have any minty plumping tingle, as menthol in anything will dry out your lips. I heard the Marc Jacobs ones had the tingling effect, which out me right off.To me these rival any high end gloss (better than Chanel's), and i don't feel complete til I've got one on!! Repurchases these 3 shades multiple times!!

Love this foundation. Consistency is great and applies fabulously with a beauty blender. It lasts a long time when worn with a good primer and set with powder. It doesn't go cakey and as someone with oily skin it takes longer than usual for my skin to get shiny. Highly recommend!

This foundation did not work for me AT ALL. The consistency is extremely thick and goopy. Yes it is pretty much full coverage, but if you have oily and acne prone skin like I do then stay away. After about and hour (and this is with a pore filling primer and matifying powder on top) I was very oily, pores were very visible and the foundation was already starting to break apart. It also made me break out. I love the brand, but if you have oily skin I would highly recommend the L'Oreal infallible 24 Matte over this - much better consistency and it lasts!

I have impression that people who are reviewing this foundation and saying that it looks bad on dry skin maybe are not reviewing the GLOW version? This is seriously hands down the best foundation for a dry, dehydrated, 40 years old skin. When you that age and all your life you battled with tight, flaky and sometimes even painful skin that drinks any makeup product right up I seriously encourage you to get a sample of this. Surprise surprise Armani counter at my local Harvey Nichols gave me one without too much grumbling. It is important to check the foundation's colour in daylight and how it spreads when you apply it yourself on a dark morning when you're in a hurry rather than the makeup artist in an artificial light of the department store, with their £45 foundation brush, duh.I went with # 4 which is a good match for my light (but not very pale) complexion with warm undertones (Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua in 20 and Dior Forever in 020). Don't forget to shake it well and start with applying a small amount to begin with. I've found that fingers work best which is ideal. I usually have 15 minutes tops in the morning and no time to faff with running around wetting a beauty blender or cleaning a foundation brush. So, give it a good shake, one blob from a pipette on the top of my hand and then pat it on my face area by area as it separates quite quickly. I would say it is possible to be able to build it up to medium coverage where you need to and trust me, when you are 40, you don't want to have a full face of caked on 'Instagram makeup'. One drop usually covers most of my face, with the rest I deal with some pinpoint concealing so even if initially expensive (£42) it works out quite economically and it is fool proof. It does not change the colour throughout the day, does not gather in pores or settles in lines (maybe a tiny bit when I apply too much under my eyes). I powder it lightly in the t-zone in the morning which does not seem to kill the glow luckily but makes it adhere to my skin better as the day progresses. Then a gentle blot with a separated layers of a tissue 3 hours later and the glow is toned down a bit but the coverage stays imho up to 6-8 hours.I cannot feel it on my skin, for the first time (and I only had it with two other foundations which I've mentioned above but Dior needs to be sheered out with a beauty blender so it is not as fast to apply) I don't feel my skin going tighter as the day progresses and when I catch my reflection in a mirror, it looks very natural, very healthy and youthful. A winner in my books. It might not be an ideal summer foundation (if there is 'too much glow' it might be this!), even for a pretty sh*** Scottish summer but from October till April it is a godsend. It claims to have spf 30 but it is only methoxycinnamate one which is not a stable sunscreen so if you can, wear some sunscreen underneath. There is alcohol denat. listed in the ingredients but I don't seem to have any reaction to it, nor it affects the feel of the product. Would be better if it was not there but otherwise the foundations is still ok. And my favourite one from Chanel also seems to have some of that in it.It helps to have a nicely exfoliated (so no dry skin flakes as it will adhere to it but pretty every foundation will) and moisturised skin before the application. I did not find that any makeup base made it look any better than when applied directly to the skin but if you find the one that works, please mention it in you review.

If you’re like me, you’re constantly willing to try out something new; ESPECIALLY if it’s unheard of. If you look up “Lilyana Naturals” you will see that this company has AMAZING reviews, and a cult following. You will be enthralled by the amazing before and after photos. Once I saw THOSE, I couldn’t add this cream to my cart fast enough. This. Retinol. Cream. Is. Amazing. The ingredients are all organic, and the price is RIGHT. The cream is thick, goes on smooth, and a little bit goes a long way. It also has a nice light scent. This is my first ever retinol cream, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My bumps are flattening, my skin texture is getting better...it’s perfect in every way. I can’t recommend this cream enough! I’m excited to try more from the line.

Has a light sweet fragrance. Contains 2% salicylic acid. I found this to be an effective cleanser that rinses clean. I found it effective for my combination skin which is prone to blackheads and occasional breakouts. The downside for me is this cleanser containing menthol. There is no reason for this to be in any acne care product. It is a potential skin irritant.

Pleasant vanilla flavor, but this gloss made my lips immediately tingle and burn until they felt numb. I saw and felt no positive plumping effects from the tingling.

Has a bitter citrus orange scent that I like. Contains microscrubbie particles and ground argan nut shell powder, just enough for daily gentle exfoliation. Also has a pinch of lactic acid, salicylic acid and fruit acids. It also has the vitamin C in the stable form of ascrobyl glucoside, althouth there is not a lot of research on this form of vitamin c and skin brightening effects. I like to massage this into skin and leave on for 60 seconds to give the active ingredients time to work. I find this to be an effective cleanser that offers gentle exfoliation and leaves my face feeling clean. I do not notice any brightening effects from using this product.
