This foundation is heavy as frick but it's great if you've got a pizza face like mine. It really does not move. I'll always fall back on this when my face is a disaster, as it usually is

Just for the reference - I never met concealer that I swear by. This one is thick, it can cover anything you want to cover, but that's exactly my problem. I have minimal discoloration at the corners of my eyes and I don't like full coverage products. It doesn't crease on me, stays well all day long from early morning till late night, but its presence is too obvious for my liking. If you like high coverage, give it a go, the performance is outstanding.

What can I say this is a beautiful luxurious cleanser from Estee Lauder. It forms as part of their Advanced Night Repair collection, to be used after you Advanced Night Cleansing balm for the removal of make-up, but don't fret, this cleansing foam can easily remove a full face of make-up on its' own. The scent is of Lavender oil, beautifully relaxing and calming in the evening, preparing to help you wind down for a good night's sleep. It's texture is creamy and luscious with a white pearlescent sheen to it. Please use a small amount, a walnut size is quite enough, lather well in wet palms and massage generously onto dampened face, neck and decolletage. Rinse lavishly with plenty of warm water. It leaves your face clean, free of all make-up and grime and isn't at all drying. This cleansers' main surfactant is Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, a surfactant/detergent ingredient that I particularly love, as it is one of the few foaming surfactants available that Cosmetic Chemists can formulate with, that from what the research shows is very gentle, cleanses extremely well yet respects the skins' fine PH balance and also does not remove too many lipids from the skin or irritate the horny layer All qualities of that a good gentle, WATER-SOLUBLE cleanser. The packaging is luxe and looks lovely on the vanity. A beautifully made well thought out cleanser, I would definitely repurchase it. This is now a staple in my skin care cabinet. Well done Estee Lauder!

So this may sound odd... I got a small sample of this and immediately fell in love because it started diminishing dark spots and acne scarring that I had and was so hydrating. So I bought a full size. After awhile, I realized my dark spots weren’t fading anymore. I assumed my skin was just getting use to it. But it was still hydrating so I bought another jar... But then I received yet another small sample jar of it and started using that and immediately, I started noticing my dark spots fading like before when I used the first sample jar. Is there a reason the samples are working better for me than the full size? Maybe an oxygen thing? I know it’s an odd thing, but I’m on my third and last sample jar of it and those little jars work better than the actual thing. Just disappointing

This is expensive. It was also a fave of mine for years until now. It's not as effective as it once was. I could apply this to my face at night and wake up to a noticeable difference. Now it just seems okay, and at a time I need it to be as effective as it was before but it's not working as well for some reason so I won't be buying this again. It was nice while it lasted though.

As an E-List member, I am always checking out the latest products on the website. This looked very interesting. I have used it for a little over a week and don't see any change in the way my skin looks around my eyes, especially compared to other Estee Lauder eye creams designed to reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles. I am not giving up but will say I was hoping for a more significant, if not dramatic, improvement, for the money. Perhaps I have to use it religiously for a few months or perhaps the fact that I have always used some eye creams or serums around my eyes means I have already improved the lines and wrinkles around my eyes as much as possible without injectables and they just won't look any better than what I have. I will give it till this tube runs out. Hopefully I will start seeing some improvement soon.

While I can’t complain about the product itself, I do not like the application wand or the bottle itself. I find it difficult to use esp. when it gets near the end of the bottle. Tried to pour some into my hand rather than using wand but does not work well that way either because of consistency of lotion. Also, cannot tell how much is left in bottle, which always annoys me. For the price, not desirable, I will stick with ANR cream jar instead. Sorry, EL just doesn’t work for me.

I have been wearing Perfectionist for at least three years and I love it. I see complaints on here about it pooling up, caking or having sparkles. I have no clue what any of those references are to. No sparkles, and it may be that your skin type is not compatible with this? I do think foundation is a very personalized product so it’s believable we can have different experiences. For me though, my skin feels supple, younger, the makeup itself, I apply mixed with a little bit of moisturizer and it feels like my skin is drinking it in. No lines, no uneveness, just even, supple, younger looking skin. I couldn’t live without this. I have combination skin, medium color (Pebble). I apply this with the Estee Lauder foundation brush. Yes it is expensive, but, I only purchase twice a year so it’s not too bad. I highly recommend!

I’m on a fence about this pencil. I have it in shade 08 Pearl which is a warm-toned (champagne) pearl without any shimmer/glitter at all. The pencil has a quality soft silicone smudger at the end (with a cheap plastic cap covering it :P) with a slanted and rounded shape which actually is great and very handy. I wish I could find a separate tool just like that. So, all that is great. But it is this “gel/liquid pencil” formula which I totally hate for its texture. It has become so popular that it even gets hard to find “normal” non-gel pencils to the point when many brands carry only kajal/kohl pencils with a classic formula/texture - and they rarely go in a variety of shades. So, for me the gel formula of the pencil doesn’t work, and each time when I decide I could use some pearly accents in my eye makeup and I pick up the pencil from my stash I kinda cringe a bit. I’m definitely biased against the formula.Longevity-wise it seems alright but not really special - but mine is a light pearl so doesn’t really show the fading/going patchy. I have no problem with removing it tracelessly with my mild organic foaming cleanser (unlike a MUFE gel pencil that I receved as a gift-with-purchase and totally hated). I’ve had it for 1,5 years and it hasn’t worsened a bit. 5 lippies for the packaging (that smudger!), normal department store price, 3 lippies for the texture ( personal bias alert).

This is probably the best facial scrub I've ever used. The consistency was slightly like soft sand, which managed to clear my pores and give my skin a nice glow. The scent was light and fresh. And even the tube was fairly small (3.4oz) it lasted me quite a while because a little went a little way. I'm very sad this is discontinued, because I would purchase more and recommend it to all my friends.

This is a comforting cleanser. I use it in the evening, after using a separate makeup remover. It feels soft and pleasant on my skin. The cream cleanses very well.

Just came back from a cruise to Bermuda and I used this liner every day. It held up amazingly well during all activities. I was amazed at its long wear, durability and versatility. It was also very easy to apply closely to my lashes or thicker with its dual ends! My only wish is that it would be offered in brown or eggplant.

I received a sample of this cleanser. I found it drying for my dry-very dry skin. I'll use it up - maybe using it once a week so as not to overdry my skin, but I won't purchase. It might be fine for those whose skin is more normal to dry.

I told myself that I was NOT going to buy Night Repair again in protest of the Lauder virtual monopoly of premium brands and the ridiculous price hikes, plus there are many other great products out there (I'm told!), but I've given in and ordered another bottle. And feel much better!I first tried the original Night Repair in the 80s. It made my 20 something skin feel like butter with a glow to match. It was pricey for my student budget but I came back to it about eight years ago. My skin was all over the place due to menopause and I think this has helped it to settle down. My skin now looks the best it's been for a very long time. Whether that's because I've finally settled on a whole skincare routine that works, or whether it's the Night Repair, I'm not too sure... but to try and wean myself off I started using it just a couple of times a week or less, and really noticed the difference when I went back to nightly use; my skin looked clearer, brighter and more even toned, and felt soft, silky and hydrated. I don't mind paying more for a good product but the price of a 50ml bottle has gone up by £20 in the last few years which really annoys me, almost as much as I'm annoyed at myself for caving in and buying it again. So why do I buy it? Because for me, it's the best performing serum/night treatment I've found. I'll use a fairly simple moisturiser on top because it gives me all the treatment my skin needs. I have no wrinkles, few lines and my skin Is still quite taut. After years of trial and error I now use several low to mid priced products like La Roche-Posay which are excellent quality...but I also love the touch of luxury that Night Repair brings to my evening ritual (along with the Night Repair eye cream, which I've also gone back to recently). Some products are just worth it. For me, this is the one.
