Treatments (Face) -Sunday Riley -Juno Hydroactive Cellular Face Oil

on 2/14/2019 11:21:00 PM

My first Sunday Riley product, and I love it ! It is an oil, but it doesn't leave a greasy film on my skin, it sinks in real fast, I use it before going to bed, and I can tell I can see the difference on my normal to dry skin...first it takes care of dryness , then I tend to get some red spots, my skin can be réactive, and that product too care of it, I don't get those irritations anymore...i use about 5 drops. Sometimes more...the smell is pleasant, although every time I put it on, my husband and son tell me I smell like pencil shavings! I love using it, my skin loves it, looks healthier, I will for sure isn't cheap, but I bought the smaller size and I still have plenty for the next two months..there are less efficient products that cost a lot more...I highly recommend this to normal to dry skins that need a works ! It is full of beneficial stuff for your skin..

Treatments (Face) -Sunday Riley -C.E.O. Glow Vitamin C + Turmeric Face Oil

I've been very excited by some of Sunday Riley's new products.  The brand has recently released their new A+ High Dose Retinoid Serum and now the new CEO Glow Vitamin C +Tumeric Face Oil.  We can't also forget and a new version of Good Genes and well as the reformulated Ceramic Skin Cleanser.  So far, I'm liking what they're selling!  The CEO Glow Vitamin C + Tumeric Oil is a light oil that you can simply pat onto skin after applying a few drops of oil to the palms of your hands.  It takes a couple of minutes to absorb and after that you can proceed with your routine.  The Sunday Riley CEO Glow Oil plays well with other products, and in my opinion is probably the strongest (in terms of formulation) product of Sunday Riley's "CEO" line.  The only downfall is that this contains a little fragrance, which does dissipate rather quickly.  I didn't  have any issues with the fragrance and didn't find it to be overwhelming- it does have the same scent as most other Sunday Riley products and oils.  The serum is lightly hydrating but not so much so that I can skip my normal moisturizer.  If you are interested my video review can be seen here:

Treatments (Face) -Sunday Riley -C.E.O Glow Face Oil

I received this product in my monthly Allure subscription box. I was hesitant, as I am with all facial oils as they can sometimes clog my pores and then it takes a long time for my face to get back to normal. However, my face has been very dry and flaky lately so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm on my fifth night with it and so far, I love it! It is an oil, but it's that kind that your skin drinks up, just leaving behind softness, not oiliness. I was also able to layer it (at night) over the Sunday Riley retinol A, which I tried for the first time last night. As I usually do, I rubbed what was leftover on my fingers to the back of my hands and now I can't stop feeling how soft they are. My 47 year old skin looks plump and refreshed. I do not really have any wrinkles yet, but the dryness is gone. The smell is ok, if it's supposed to be orange I don't really get that, but it's not offensive. This was a generous sample, and I can't find it on their site. I'm sure it's $$$ but if it keeps doing what it's doing I will definitely purchase the full size.

Treatments (Face) -Sunday Riley -Luna Sleeping Night Oil

I have oily/combo skin and I started using this again regularly for the last two weeks and I found a little goes a long way. I bought this a while ago and followed the directions, then found the amount was too greasy for my skin and stopped using it. I then read a review a couple of weeks ago and the reviewer said that she used this on its own without following her night cream for a month and found her skin was much smoother and had less breakouts. So I decided to do the same. I use maximum three drops and rubbing my hands together to warm it up and then patted it on my face using my palms instead of massaging it. The oil absorbed a lot faster and my face felt silky smooth and supple after ten minutes. This was a game changer for me and now I do it this way and I haven’t used my night cream since. My skin feels soft in the morning and is less oily on my T-zone. I don’t mind the scent as for me it smells more medicinal rather than awful. What used to be a fail for me ended up being a success.

Moisturizers -Sunday Riley -Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream

You I just started using this yesterday and I haven’t given it a fair shot and it would be wrong for me to just say I don’t like this because I do like the texture and the way it sinks into my skin, but I cannot stand the scent it just lingers all day long and it’s so nauseating I can’t stand it! I just smell this all day long and it gives me headaches and I’m not exaggerating either because I really want to try this moisturizer and the good genes too but they are just so heavily perfumed! I also was I interested in this for the brightening properties too but I don’t think I can do this!
