    yes, several cleansers work for not very sturdy ss. My favourite is the ordinary+

    squalane cleanser. But also Clinique take the day off balm. Also use Derma Sukin hydrating wash or LRP Dermo-cleanser milk. With a balm or oil cleanse

    If it was a med that affected hormones, and you have stopped taking it just recently, it may take 3-6 months for your skin to get back to normal on it
