Self Tanners -St.Tropez -One Night Only Instant Glow Body Lotion

on 5/21/2018 7:01:00 AM

I really like this product for my body. Haven’t tried it on my face yet. I am glow in the dark pale and this gives me a nice even bronzy glow, not patchy. I like that it’s not a committment, and doesn’t need to fade, cause then you can reapply and not worry that the color is uneven. Way too expensive though.

Self Tanners -St.Tropez -Self Tan Purity Bronzing Water Face Mist

on 5/17/2018 10:25:00 AM

The new ST. TROPEZ Self Tan Purity Bronzing Water Face Mist is one of the easiest self tanning sprays that I've used. It provides such a subtle tan that it is almost mistake free. If you purchase this I recommend using it daily at night onto clean dry skin, and then after it absorbs (about a minute or two) I recommend following with your usual skincare regimen. After about a week of continual use you should begin to notice a subtle tan. If you are looking for instant or dramatic results this probably isn't the product you want to go with. Because it builds over about a week it makes it difficult to screw up or end up looking splotchy. The Self Tan Purity Bronzing Water is fragranced and because of that you will not get much of that "self tanner" scent. I wouldn't recommend using this during the day because that caused my makeup to end up looking a little greasy. My video review can be seen here:

Self Tanners -St.Tropez -In-Shower Gradual Tan

I got this in medium hoping it would help accelerate my natural tan, especially on my legs. I'm not super dark but I'm not pale either, this stuff made absolutely no difference anywhere except my face, it did give me a nice faint glow there but I don't tan my face at all so I feel it should have showed up more for being medium.

I exfoliated very well before using the first time and applied a fairly thick layer of it. Having to turn off the water and wait 3 minutes is tedious but if I actually got results I wouldn't mind so much. I didn't expect to see much color after the first use so I used it the next 4 days in a row without any heavy exfoliation. This made no difference and was just a waste of money. If the light color I got on my face is an indicator of how the medium would work on fair skin I'd say it definitely isn't worth $25.

Also mine didn't lather. It says it's supposed to but it just went on like a lotion and sat on top of my skin, no lather. It makes me wonder if I got a defective one or something, either way I'm going to just buy some self tanning mousse and call it a loss.

Self Tanners -St.Tropez -Everyday Gradual Tan Body Lotion, Medium - Dark

on 5/16/2018 6:27:00 PM

Pros: I like the scent, subtle, light, and floral. Once it's dry it does not leave your skin feeling greasy like some tanners do.

Cons: The lotion is very thick so it is hard to spread over skin unless skin is damp. I purchased the medium/dark but I'm not very impressed with the results. It gives me more of a light/medium color. I'll probably look for something else once this runs out.

I have it and even though I think it’s good, it’s not the easiest to work with. Usually gradual tanners seem to be a bit more forgiving and consistency is on the lighter side (like skinny tan or even Dove) - this is thick. I mean it takes some working into the skin to get an even colour, nothing you can just do fast. And you can feel it on the skin. But I like the effect, it’s not particularly subtle either - I usually go for some proper tanning product on one night and then I follow up with this the next day - and i look tanned, proper tanned.
It’s a bit pricey as well.

Ah - use your hand, don’t bother with a tanning mitt
