I wash my hair twice a week.
Hoping that will help! Still using Hask Keratin shampoo and conditioner- not sure if it’s part of the fall out. Anyone try Nioxin? Alterna or Bond

I use a Nioxin Conditioner and rotate between a Nioxin Shampoo and Stony Brook Shampoo.+
I do not like the Stony Brook conditioner because it's way too heavy but I do like the shampoo. None of it makes my scalp itch like most things do.

I used it daily but I used the conditioner step only at the scalp and I used a richer rop
conditioner on my lengths because the Nioxin conditioner wasn't moisturizing enough after the Nioxin shampoo.
