I would keep it moist and avoid all actives. Plain petroleum jelly is good. I would avoid even+
neosporin unless it's infected. If it's not infected, you don't need to use any antibacterial. The most I would use would be possibly pure aloe vera

This actually looks quite decent; no fragrance or irritating essential oils. But the few actives rop
and antioxidants in it will break down fast because it's in a transparent glass jar. The beneficial ingredients won't remain stable once it is opened.
