Glam Attack Liquid Shimmer Powder - Chained Ballerina

Chained Ballerina is a black liquid base, that sets to a powder finish. The formula is filled with silver pearls, for a shimmering & wet-look finish. I don't usually find liquid-based eyeshadow to be particularly well wearing on my deepset/hooded eyes, but this has wowed me; up to nine hours after application and it'll still look freshly applied! Not only is the formula very well wearing, but it is also very easy to apply; I just brush it on with the doe-foot wand, straight out of the tube - no blending or fiddling needed. The lid, crease, transition or all over - it works the same on any part of the eye. So much neater and faster than applying and blending out a black powder, and I've not noticed any transfer. I can't fault the formula in the slightest, and have only clicked no for rebut as I don't wear black on the eyes much, so can't see myself running out of this product.

RIP lip liner - En Pointe

En Pointe is a goes-with-almost-anything shade of peaçhy nude lip product, that now lives in the holder on my dresser since I use it so much; it's a highly wearable neutral peachy nude. I got it in a set & at first I thought it was a very nice quality and shade, but I didn't think that it was worth purchasing on it's own, however I've been using it a lot recently over my other choices, with a large variety of different brands of lipsticks & glosses and it looks great with all of them, so now I think it's well worth splurging on. The lip liner is nice and firm for neatly outlining the lips before lipstick application, yet feels creamy and soft. No dragging or irritation and once it's set (within one minute), it doesn't smudge. It lasts for most of the day on me. The feel & wear MAC for me, but these lipliners are slightly cheaper, so this is definitely something to look out for. It's a shame that this company isn't talked about much; every single product that I've tried from them has been of a high quality.

Le Riot Lip Gloss - Corset

Corset is a perfect goes-with-anything neutral peach-based shade of sheer nude gloss. It's the perfect shade for me to keep in my handbag for on the go touch-ups; the shade/formula goes with any and all overall makeup looks I do. The price is higher than I'd usually pay for a lipgloss, but the formula for this is amazing, so I don't mind making an exception; you get the good staying power of a traditional moisturizing lipstick [3 to 4 hours], minus the drying feeling you can sometimes from a lipstick. As a liquid you get added shine and a soft feel, minus the sticky and slippy feeling I've experienced with a lot of other glosses (I'd stopped wearing glasses for a long time because of the greasy feeling). The packaging is also stunning; the wand is angled like a spoon, to fit your lips. The bottom of the weighty tube has a clear diamond cut into it, so you can see which shade you've picked up. I'm not usually overly fussed by lipgloss tubes, but when spending more than I usually would, it's good to have a visual on where some of the money is going.
