I thought this would be as effective as the Neogen Rice Ferment Essence, and it’s not. It’s fine, and quite enjoyable to use - while it’s hydrating, it doesn’t brighten and clarify as effectively...

It’s nice, but not especially effective. The packaging is cute but it is very difficult to squeeze the cream out. I thought it would be good for handbag use/travelling, but I need more actives.
