Sunscreen -Bioré -UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence Sunscreen SPF50+ PA+++

on 4/14/2019 2:04:00 PM

This sunscreen has been a Godsend for me. Being on the oily side, this product is one of the only sunscreens that fully absorbs and doesn't leave me looking like a greasy mess.

It's nice and lightweight. Since it's so thin, it spreads easily, and a little goes a very long way. It has a light citrusy scent, although it can also be comparable to Flarp (y'know, that slime stuff we stuck our fingers into as kids that made farting noises - at least that's what it initially reminded me of).

I know there's some mixed feelings towards it regarding the alcohol used in it. I'm of the belief that a small amount of alcohol, at least for more oily complexions, isn't harmful (in fact, this is my only product with alcohol in it, and my skin is no more worse for the wear). Of course, if you're sensitive to products with alcohol, I'd recommend staying away from this sunscreen. Otherwise, if you're an oily person looking for a light, quickly absorbing sunscreen with good coverage, I couldn't recommend this more highly.

Cleansers -Bioré -Baking Soda Pore Cleanser

i really love this cleanser. it really helps clean off all the dead skin and oils off the face leaving your skin looking clean and healthy. its pretty cheap at $7 depending where you get it. it does dry out my skin a bit especially since i use it twice a day but it will work well for people with oily or normal skin. i do wish it wasnt so drying because i love it, its pretty harsh on my dry skin especially during the winter. it keeps your acne for the most part under control, works best with a mechanical brush i find. i wont be buying again when i run out because it does really dry my skin out but other then that i really do love this cleanser

All biore sunscreens contain alcohol.
But this is one of those that does NOT contain fragrance.

I bought Biore bb cream, it has a lot ofingredients and it gave me allergies. It has very good reviews. I was supposed to buy the whitening cream one,but I checked the ingredients and there is still fragrance and other fancy ones.

I have very sensitive skin, but surprisingly, this is my 4th biore pink works for me.I will not buy other makeup base/sunscreen.

Sunscreen -Bioré -Nobi Nobi Kids Milk SPF 50+ PA++++

2018 version PROS: Unscented, non-irritating, doesn't sting if it gets in my eyes. Moisturizing enough to use alone without a moisturizer underneath for combo-oily skin. Rubs in easily, lasts all day, and doesn't leave a white cast.

CONS: Leaves a faint but lasting greasy sheen on the skin, probably due to the petroleum jelly in the ingredients.

Treatments (Face) -Bioré -Pore Cleansing Strips - Nose

I use pore strips regularly. They help but they don't remove everything from all the pores, it's very hit and miss. Currently, after several years on and off usage, I now only use midweek and on the weekend - hoping that what isn't pulled out of my pores on a Wednesday, does get removed on a Sunday! It takes very little time, you just lightly dampen your nose, apply one of these, pushing any air bubbles out and leave to dry for 10 minutes or so. If you're in a rush - turn on a fan or fan heater and face it so that the air blows straight at your face. It will dry stiff in just a couple of minutes! Oh and whatever you do, don't allow these to fold onto themselves as they are impossible to separate, no matter how small the area that has stuck onto itself.
I do keep reading that these are not good for the skin on your nose when used long term, but until I find something more effective, I'll stick to using these twice a week. They're not too expensive, although price has gone up in recent years and they're very easily available.
