Primer/ Corrector -BeneFit Cosmetics -The POREfessional: Matte Rescue

So this product did a decent job at keeping my t-zone matte. This primer added unwanted texture to my foundation and did not fill my pores in at all. It did keep the makeup from settling into my pores but that was about it.

Concealers -BeneFit Cosmetics -Fakeup

I'm reviewing the updated version of this (according to the Benefit website it's the same formula, different name and packaging) Boi-ing Hydrating Concealer. This was a splurge for me at about $30 CDN, but I was intrigued by the idea of a concealer and hydrating treatment in one, since it's winter and my skin has been dry AF. This goes on like a Chapstick, it stays moist and tacky, the coverage is minimal, I don't find it to layer well with other concealers, powder clings to it and cakes up...and worst of all...it causes even my waterproof mascara to smudge under the eyes. The packaging is cute-it looks like a pink pencil eraser-and the hydration is nice...but this product is a bit silly

Bronzers -BeneFit Cosmetics -HOOLA

This is a better contour than bronzer on my neutral N25 skin tone...its very matte, and long lasting on my combo skin. It's very similar to Bahama Mama by TheBalm, just seems a tad more red undertoned. I do like this product, but it's not HG, and if I lost it I don't think I would run out and buy it (maybe the $15 travel size)... I have alot of other products that produce the same overall result, that are more pleasing to the eye in luxe packaging. but I definitely recommend it, and suggest getting the travel size at Ulta or Sephora.

Ok product but nothing special. Feels a bit average for the price. Much prefer cargo cosmetics highlighting stick in champagne. Packaging feels a bit average but easy to travel with. Nice highlighting sheen but a bit sticky to apply.

Blush -BeneFit Cosmetics -Dandelion

For a product that has so much hype I found this ok but not amazing. It’s a more matte product without glitter so that’s nice. It has an uplifting highlighting effect which always brightens my skin, but for the price it seems a bit standard. Pretty generic ballerina pink colour. Packaging is a bit of a letdown. I don’t like the traditional applicator (reminds me of the 80s). Quite pigmented so will last but isn’t my go to blush.
