I have so I either buffer and put the moisturizer on first or spritz w/ a hydrating spray ROP
and then layer moisturizer on top. I use Aczone and it does this same thing.

Skin. I would definitely go see a dermatologist. No makeup is going to help with texture issues from my personal experience. But I feel your pain!
