My Dad’s Westie tore his ACL jumping out of toy Dad’s SUV. He is 9 years old limping bad now. Th
vet said he needs surgery. Is this correct? I don’t think they took X-rays and my Dad doesn’t ask questions. Can it just heal on its own?
