I like this shampoo much more than conditioner (which doesn't leave my hair feel moisturized after it dries out). This is a nice drug-store product. Price is a bit over average for drug-store brand but I don't mind because it is better than most drug-store shampoos I tried before. First of all, it doesn't contain sulfates, it is not 100% natural product but it is not full of bad stuff either. It smells amazingly, it reminds me of mixture of cocoa butter and coconuts, very tropical rich smell, but it doesn't linger in my hair for over 12 hours, it's not over-powering. Consistency is a bit weird, it's like a gel and you feel like it will net be enough for you to clean your hair, but it absolutely is! I don't use more than normal amount of shampoo I would use with other products (about 50p size). It lathers nicely, it leaves my hair very clean. It does dry out hair a bit and probably because it doesn't contain silicons, or parabens, or sulfates? You need to use good moisturizing conditioner after. I used conditioner from this line and also macadamia oil masque. It works well with macadamia oil masque as deep conditioner, it left my hair very soft, easy to manage, reduced frizz and it was smelling heavenly. However, both of this products have quite strong smell for the first couple of hours, so if you don't like products that lingers in your hair (up to 12 hours) then don't buy it. It is not miracle product, it won't straighten your hair, but it will be less harmful cleanser for your hair with nice smell. If your hair is overly damaged and dry I would say you need to use something else to "fix it", I use this followed by deep conditioning treatment.

Conditioner -Organix - Brazilian Keratin Therapy Conditioner

I gave this product overall rating of only 3, I would still recommend it BUT... First of all, I don't like packaging of it. After first use, it is very hard to get product out of the bottle. It looks cute, but it's very unpractical for getting the conditioner out. It annoys me to shake and try to squeeze bottle in the shower for 3 minutes to get it out, and I only used just about quarter of the bottle. It is rather small bottle as well, I don't think you get many uses out of it. However, price is not that bad so if it works well for your hair, it might be worth it. Once I got it out of the bottle, the product is really thick, great smelling and makes my hair soft. It does take some frizz away, it didn't straighten my hair (they are frizzy curls, I didn't expect it to straighten my hair) but it did help me to manage them a little bit more. In the shower, my hair feels really soft and it's quite easy to comb through them with my fingers, which I have to do in the shower. However, it is not moisturizing enough for me. Once my hair dry, they are not as soft anymore. I think first and second use I got great results, after that my hair went back to what it was. I am not sure if it's because of silicons in it (I try to use silicon-free conditioners, however I used hair masque that does contain silicons, so I am open to try most of the products). All in all, I think this can work wonders for someone with wavy, dry (but not extra dry and damages hair). I like shampoo of this brand more (see review) because it doesn't contain sulfates which is hard for me to find, but when it comes to conditioner I prefer something more conditioning for my hair type (really dry ends from about ears down, quite a lot of frizz). I would recommend for someone with not as damaged and dry hair, for me, I am not sure if I would repurchase this, but I would definitely buy shampoo again!

Conditioner -TRESemme - Naturals Nourishing Moisture Conditioner
rated 5 of 5

This is probably best drugstore conditioner I have ever bought. First of all its filthy cheap, I bought 2 huge bottles of this for 5 pounds in Superdrug (2X 500ml bottles). It doesn't have any strong scent, I am not sure how would I even describe the smell of this. I guess closest description would be that it smells "clean " =). It has quite thick consistency which I like, it leaves my hair soft, silky and it helps to detangle my hair. I used it for both co-washes and also as my "main" conditioner and I have to say it works well both ways. I would say this is great conditioner for co-washes for those with dry/damaged/curly hair. I don't think it miraculously repairs hair, but it does help to detangle and make hair softer and shinier. Great value for money, amazing co-wash. And Hey, have I mentioned it has no silicons in?

Conditioner -Aussie - Moist Conditioner
rated 3 of 5

This is an okay drugstore brand conditioner. It did not work for my hair very well, however I rated it 3 because of it gorgeous smell, price and because it did not make my worse. My hair is dry, damaged, thick. I don't color my hair anymore (last time I did was about year ago) however I permed my hair (gosh) last year to get some curls and I am trying to make my hair healthy again. I bought 2 bottles of this conditioner, because it was on sale. First of all, it is quite runny, which I don't like in my conditioners because I need to use a lot and it just doesn't feel like its working. It helped to detangle my hair quite well, however when my hair was dry (I let them dry naturally) I have not noticed any difference like with other conditioners. I think this is good for people with thin, not that damaged/dry hair. It's quite cheap, however I run out of it in about 2 weeks because I had to use a lot of it. I would not recommend it to people with dry and damaged hair because it just doesn't seem to do much.

Bronzers -NARS - Irresistiblement

I bought this bronzer a year ago, I use it on daily basis and I have still more than half left! I think this color is pretty much suitable for every skin tones. It gives you light tanned look if you use it lightly, for deeper look I use all over my face and then I also apply it along my cheek bones as blusher. I have quite sensitive skin and I did not have any problem with this product.Another thing I like about this that it last on your skin for quite a long time. I would recommend this, price is average for bronzer and it does last ages. Also, it comes with mirror which I like because bronzer I was using previously did not include one. Overall, nice product worth a try!

Hair -Unlisted Brand - MACADAMIA NATURAL OIL Deep Repair Mask
rated 5 of 5
zzuzzua 4/24/2012 3:18:00 PM

I bought this masque after watching and reading a lot of reviews about it. Most of the reviews were positive so I decided to give it a try. First of all, this product is NOT entirely natural. It does include some silicons, if it bothers you, do not buy it. I don't mind small amount of silicons in my hair, I usually use silicons free shampoo and conditioner, but don't mind if intensive treatment includes some, it works well for me. The packaging is really nice, it reminds me of coconut, only downside is that the white protective lid is quite difficult to open in the shower, however this is just small downside. Actual product is very thick and creamy, it has nice clean and fresh scent. It kind of reminds me of apples and it does linger in my hair till the next wash. How do I use this product: I have very dry and damaged hair that I use heat on about once every 2 weeks. I use this masque after almost every wash (I wash my hair about 2-3 times a week). I first shampoo and condition my hair, then squeeze excess water of my hair with small towel and apply about dime size of masque on my end and lengths. As I mentioned before this is very thick and creamy masque and I was surprised how little of the product you need to use. So after I apply it on my hair, I put on shower cap and continue in my shower routine. I usually leave it on for about 10 minutes or so then wash it out. Once a week (if possible) I use it after shower and leave it in for longer, up until hour. Results are great, I have noticed my hair being visibly shinier and so soft after first use. I have been using this for about 2 months and my hair is in much better condition that it used to be in. It makes hair softer, shinier, less frizzy. I think for people with thin hair it might be a bit too creamy and thick, because I have noticed that when I use it near my roots where my new grown hair are thinner, it looks a bit weight down. I gave it 5 starts overall, because it did noticeable improve the quality of my hair. I bought it for 24 pounds on sale. At first I thought it's a lot of money for the hair masque, but I have been using it for 2 months and I am not even in the half of the tub. So money well spent. I think this is amazing masque for people with damaged, dry, frizzy, curly hair. I would recommend it!
