mac smoked ruby is le eye shadow form semiprecious collection launched in July 2011. it is one of the best eye shadows I have ever tried. So soft. So pigmented. Ideal for green eyes. It is black/brown base with red shine. The only down side is fallout, so you have to be vary careful, while applying. Must have. If you do not have it – why?? Go and get it, while it is still out. To bad it is limited edition.

Because I am a huge fan of MAC red lipsticks I had to have this one. Not bad… I stays a long time, does not bleed, soft and creamy dream to apply. A bit sticky like every long wearing product, but not drying… I am not impressed 100%, because I think that Russian Red is better lipstick. It has better staying period, looking more luxurious, more expensive… God lipstick, but I would choose R.Red over it any time. Prolong is a grain lighter than R.Red

Plum???? NO!!! Reddish brown, gold flecksmakes my eyes look sick. Inflamed. Regret buying it.

Blush -MAC - Shell Cream Colour Base

MA made a mistake and gave me Shell instead of Hush. If I may say, thank her for that!!! Shell is one of my most used products. As a highlight, as a lip color, as a base for my eye shadow (it creases, but is so beautiful). Gives that wet, natural look. Fantastic product!!!

Lipstick -MAC - Lady Danger

Every time I use MAC lipstick – fascination!! Lady Danger is orangey red. Loudmouth, fire engine, traffic stopping red. Great on pale skin girls. It will not bleed, will not smudge, will not move. It is a matte formula, but no drying at all.

One of the best lipsticks I have ever tried!!! Pink/mauve/hint of lavender. Moisturizing. Sheer. Hydrating. Great!!! But if lips are dried out, it looks horrible. Not so obvious pearl. Great product. I am so sad it is LE

Eye Shadow -MAC - Showstopper

My new favorite shadow. It is similar to Brun, but is not the same. Brun has more gray under tone, but this is a slight purplish color. Both are brown, but this one is more brown. Really dark, but softer than black. Even if it is matte, it is blendable. My eyes look super green with it. Really pigmented. Too bad it is LE.

I really wanted to like it. I waited for it for two months…maybe I had higher expectations…I do not know…but except the great look in the pane, effect is nothing special. It can be duped with several other MAC blushes.

Ok…Brun (Satin finish)…difficult to describe it…it is the coolest toned brown in the world, it even looks a little bit grayish. Very unique color. I have never seen a color like this. It is not dark as some reviewers say. It can easily be blended. It has a slight sheen, because of a finish. Great buy, because depending on the color that you blend it with it is more brown or more gray. But definitely cool toned look.

Are You Red-Dy is creamy, very opaque bright red, with a hint of orange. It is not so obvious, but it is there. Very cherry is the same brightness but with a hint of blue, cooler toned one.

One of the best colors I have ever tried. Medium Pink Brown with gold shimmer. Fantastic! If you are NC 25 like me, it is a must have. Creamy, does not bleed, long lasting, vanilla sent.

One of the worst lipsticks I had ever tried. Very hard. You have to scrape it over your lips. When you finally succeed it sticky. And the smell. Awful. It makes me sick. No color. Just a wash of gold/beige glitter. Regret for getting this one!

Satin finish, drying, so I need balm under it, or gloss over. Too orangey for my taste. I am NC25 and it makes me look sick. Now when I am tanned it is quite ok, but…even it was perm would not repurchase. Satin finis is quite opaque so it covers my natural lips color totally, and it does not under lip gloss which is really good, it does not such goopy mass like crèmesheen + gloss do.

I got this as an on line recommendation (mac web site chat) from MA. I have never seen it before. I needed every day, neutral color. Oh my GOD! Fantastic! Peachy, bronzy, pinky light color. Luster formula – so hydrating, so soft! It is a luster, but is a little bit frosty, but in a nice way : ). Great for dark eyes look. Would repurchase, definitely! NC 25, for reference
