I've got really oily skin in my t zone, my cheeks, and my nose area but the area around my lips and chin is quite dry. I was all done with my Maybelline Dream Matte powder in the lightest shade and I was using my mothers Lancôme powder but I decided I wanted to try a new product. I went into the store to check out urban decay's de slick but the attendant was just really stubborn and pushy and told me to try out the benefit get even powder. So it's definitely not a bad product but it's more of a powder foundation than a blotting powder. And I HATE cakey/powdery looking skin and that's why I dislike powder foundations - still if it was just a lighter consistency and not so heavy I think I would really love it but realistically I can't touch up my face with this powder without looking like a fool (I use shade 2 because I've got a yellow tone to my skin). I'm really disappointed because for $30 I should love this product... Ugh now I have to make another trip to Ulta to return this product and find something else.

Cleansers -Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser

Gentle= TOO Gentle. It didn't leave my skin feeling fresh and clean but rather left an unnatural layer feeling on my skin...

Blush -MAC - Frost Blush in Margin

Is this a beautiful blush color? YES. Would I buy it again? NO WAY. You're probably confused but the thing is, on my pale to light/med. oily skin it looked terrible. I love the idea of a peachy gold shimmery blush but when applied to my skin it oxidizes and the oil turns it a deep orange tinge. I really love this blush on my mom and aunt though because they are blessed with beautiful tan/olive skin and I can use it as an eyeshadow or wash of color i guess? But it was a gift and I am grateful for it...It just wasnt for me. :/

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

Okay so I have very oily skin in my t-zone and also around my nose. However, the skin around my lip and my entire chin is pretty pretty pretty dry. So I checked this product out. I am going through that adolescence period of life full of acne and thought I could trust clinique... How wrong was I?!!! I like that it kind of barely matte-ifys my forehead but it did absolutely nothing for my chin. It actually burned my chin and caused a hideous mark of discoloration on my fair skin. I have no idea what to do... I don't wear foundation so there isn't any way to cover it. Ughhh clinique!!!! ;((( I wish I liked this. But it ruined my face. Don't buy, don't buy, do not buy evvvvver evvvver ever.

Mascara -Origins - Origins Full Story mascara

okay so this is the FIRST mascara that i ever used... it is gorgeous! full story gives me thick, defined, and long lashes! sometimes when i look up my eyelashes get into my eyebrows! they actually get sky high and beautiful volume! my lashes are never clumpy with this! apply one or two coats for pretty lashes and a third or fourth for a more dramatic look. but no matter how much you apply it wont clump!! LOVE i just dont like the packaging very much and although the color is very black it could be blacker.... all in all this is THE mascara to get i am in loveee.... p.s. i capped it so tight the top broke and it is drying out...i need a new one but before that i will try Stila's MAJOR Major Lash Mascara.

Blush -Stila - Convertible Color Gerbera

so i read the reviews here and decided to try this product... THANK GOD I DID! im the kind of person who tries to find the flaws in everything just to be sure i know what im getting. and honestly the ONLY flaw in this product is that it might be too concealer like on the lips (for some people). it feels kinda greasy in the compact but the moment its on your cheek you cant feel anything! you can build it for a more dramatic blush or just blend it out for a natural flush! (not that i need to BUT sometimes i just brush it over with some of my moms estee lauder blush to help it go on for long hours/emphasize cheek bone) gerbera is a very beautiful color-its like a peachy/apricot/slightly pink color and really gives you a GLOWWW! i absolutely love stilas convertible colors! (i have lillium as well) p.s.-my mom knows i wear it but cant believe it because it can be so natural! all she says is "wow ur skin is radiant-or-mmhm, the color of ur skin has really evened out" lol GO BUY IT NOW! (took one lippie off JUST for the concealer lip look but pleas get this product)
