I have been using this every morning with my cream cleanser for 2 weeks now. There seems to be less blackheads on my nose but I have not really noticed any other differences to the condition of my skin. I still have visible pores on my cheeks and redness so I avoid going over the red areas of my cheeks or it irritates. I find my face to be feeling quite dry afterwards but that's just my skin reacting to the unusually long and cold winter where I am living, usually my skin is normal/dry but last few months my skin has been extra extra dry and flaky so I have been using new products to sort out my skin problems. The Mia comes with the sensitive brush head and I just ordered the replacement delicate brush head so hopefully that will suit my skin better and I will update my review when I have used the delicate brush head for a few weeks. At the moment I would not yet recommend my friends to purchase this product but I will keep using for a few more months and see how it goes! I choose to believe in the many positive MUA reviews so hopefully my skin will improve with sonic cleansing. The machine is best described as a giant electric toothbrush for the face...many expensive electric toothbrushes are also sonic powered =)

Cleansers -Eve Lom - Cleanser

I really like this cleanser and I will repurchase. It is not a miracle and it has not dramatically improved my complextion or anything but it is very good as a make up remover and cream cleanser in one, with gentle exfoliating particles, and my face feels soft and clean afterwards. I usually use Shu Umeura oil cleanser and Pelactiv cream cleanser on days where I wear makeup and this product replaces the two products. I still use just my Pelactiv cream cleanser in the morning. This product also claims to remove all eye makeup but it will not remove the eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes so I still continue to use Clinique eye makeup remover before I use Eve Lom cleanser. Also there is nothing special about the Muslin cloths, just a thin cotton cloth which is used to exfoliate the face, I only use the Muslin cloth 2-3 times a week to remove the product, it's a bit harsh to use everyday, especially for dry skins I highly recommend a cheap microfibre cloth. I purchased one from the supermarket for just $2, it is so much softer and gentle on the face and you can still use with the cleanser to exfoliate. There is also nothing wrong with just washing the product off with water instead of wiping away. This product is slightly drying on my dry winter skin so I use it most evenings but not every evening. I do love the aromatic scent and the thick texture. This cleanser will not suit those with oily or acne prone skin, but is suitable for sensitive, dry, normal and combo skin types. Overall its a pretty good cleanser and worth a try with a sample or purchase the small 50ml tub to begin with.

Powders -Guerlain - Meteorites powder for the face in Mythic 01

I love this power and use it as the final step to my daily make up routine, unfortunately the compact version is double the price. This power is just really lovely, true that it doesent do anything that other powders don't but it's just a really nice powder and lasts ages, the balls are a bit fragile and not suited to be carried around a lot but a good powder to keep at home.

Liquid -Guerlain - Parure Extreme

This foundation is quite good on hot summer days and for high humidity climates but it's not suitable for year round wear unless you have really oily skin. My skin is normal in summer and get get quite dry in winter and this foundation works well when it's hot as it is mattifying and offers medium to full coverage but overall I would not repurchase as it is too drying on my skin and settles into fine lines and looks too heavy as I personally perfer sheerer to medium coverage, it's worth a try though as long as your skin is not dry. I have sensitive skin and this product did not irritate, however Parure Gold did irritate my skin.

I tried Parure Extreme and liked it overall but wanted a product a little less matt and with lighter coverage so I tried Parure Gold, it's an ok foundation nothing remarkable, more moustrising than Parure Extreme but unfortunately this foundation broke me out with itchy red spots, i stop using it and started again after a few weeks and the same break outs happened, my skin is generally clear except when I react to some products so ladies with sensitive skin I highly recommend getting a sample to trial for a few days before purchasing the full bottle which is really expensive, i don't know what ingredient broke me out as Parure Extreme worked fine on me and I love the Meteorites power, but not suitable for some sensitive skins unfortunatley.

This is my favourite foundation, very natural and long lasting, can be sheer, medium or full coverage and only need to use a little product each time, the tube has lasted me a long time. I love it and purchased an extra tube and i'm sad that the brand has been discontinued but hopefully they will continue to sell through their website and online. The foundation goes on feeling sticky and is easy to blend into skin, wonderful matching colours, and dries matt and yes it lasts all day! depending on the type of moisturizer i use, i only need to touch up my t-zone once during the day with MAC Blot Powder or sometimes not at all. I have sensitive skin which is dry in cooler weather and oily t-zone during warmer weather and out of all the foundations i have tried this is my HG!! But if you don't like it perhaps try switching your moisturizer as i find mineral makeups do not suit oily moisturizers. At the moment I am using this foundation with 'A'kin Pure Moisture' (for sensitive skin) and I find this foundation "matches" my current moisturizer perfectly! For reference I am Chanel #20 / Guerlain #02 (I usually use the 2nd lighest shade for most high-end foundation brands) and Level 2 Warm is a perfect match for me! No other brand or other PX foundation have I found such a perfect match!

I use this creme as a leave in conditioner on the lengths and ends of my hair, i don't like the scent but the results are better than any conditioner i have ever used, my hair is soft and shiny after blow drying and being flat ironed and when i curl my hair the curls are more easily created. I like the product because its a combination of leave in conditioner, heat protector, and styling creme.

I don't get much acne anymore but once in a while I still get acne on my chin and I use this product to heal it. I love this product because it is non-drying and does not contain any of the harsh ingredients in many other acne treatment creams. It diminishes the redness of acne and it is just as effective as drying cream/lotions but the upside is that cream intex is very gentle on the skin and plesant to apply so I highly recommend it for those with sensitive and dry skin types who get the occasional breakout. I don't mind the fishy scent as it's mild and it doesn't bother me at all.

This product does not do anything to grow my lashes. Suitable as a pre mascara eyelash primer but I personally prefer Talika Lipocils which actually works to make my lashes longer.

This product will make your lashes grow, to a certain extent, they wont keep them growing to false eyelashes length or anything but it's a good product to grow short lashes. I noticed results on my short lashes after 3 weeks of applying many coats 2-4 times a day. The results are more obvious when combined with using a eyelash curler and mascara. The results are not dramatic to the point where mascara or curler is no longer needed but it will add a few millimeters. I have also tried the mavala double lash but talika lipocils is better. I'm happy with the results and I continure to use this product on my lashes as a pre-mascara primer (I used to use normal clear mascara as a primer as I dislike the "white" mascara primers). Dont expect miracles with this product, but it does work, I recommend applying many coats, 2-4 times a day if possible (eg. if you are at home all day or if you are not wearing mascara, just apply it throughout the day) the results will be quicker. The first 3 days of using the product my eyes stung but afterwards there have been no problems.

Foundations -Shu Uemura - UV Underbase DF SPF17+++

This product does nothing to even out my skin tone, I use it to "thin" out think foundation formulas such as px virtual skin (which is hard to apply on it's own). It's also good to mix with normal foundations to create a foundation tint for those who prefer tinted moustrisers or only need a very light coverage. This means that UV underbase can be used to create a lighter coverage foundaton out of any type of foundation without loosing colour because it is tinted (If foundation is mixed with moustriser, colour is lost and not all foundations mix well with moustriser). I don't think UV underbase can be used alone to even out skin tone because the tint is very very light (almost invisible) but I like it for the SPF and how it combines so well with any type of founation. I personally prefer to use this product mixed with founation rather than wearing it under founation because it does not really do anything as a makeup base (other than SPF properties of course) because it does not feel like a primer/base.

This foundation is far too drying on my skin. I don't recommend it for those with any dry areas because it will accentuate dryness as the product is matt rather then hydrating. The formula is also more runny than what I prefer so can be hard to apply as I prefer to "pat" on liquid foundation rather than to rub it on.

Powder -Stila - Illuminating Powder Foundation

I have re-purchaed this product a few times to use as a base powder under and sometimes as a finishing powder over liquid foundation as I like the finish this product gives. It applies smoothly and does not accentuate dry areas. However recently I have found it has irritated my sensitive skin and and my skin has improved since switching to everyday minerals foundation. I don't think this product provides enough coverage on it's own (unless you already have clear skin with no redness etc) so is best combined with liquid or stick foundation or concealer depending on how much coverage you need. If you apply too much of this product your face may appear a bit "ashy" and mask-like so I would say it is only good for light coverage. Because this product contains ingredients may irritate sensitive skin such as Bismuth Oxychloride, I don't recommend it to those with skin sensitivities, otherwise it is a good product to use in combination with liquid or stick foundation. This product is best applied with a big brush, the sponge provided is not very good.

I got a generous sample of this product and used it for a few days but I don't think it suits my skin which is a little on the dry side. I find the formula to be a bit too runny and when applied it accentuates the dry areas on my face. I think this foundation is better for people with normal to oily skin, not for people with any dry areas on their skin because it it not hydrating and brings out the flakies.

I purchased this product a while ago due to rave reviews when this product was first launched. The SA couldn't find me a perfect colour match but I purchased anyway because I was desperate to find my "HG" foundation. This product is thick and hard to apply. I understand that I only need a small amount for my whole face but I could not get the product to emulsify enough for a comfortable application, even when mixed with primer or moustriser. The coverage is thick and makes my skin look overly dry and emphasises dry areas and flakies so it is defenitely not for those with any surface dryness. My skin is not extremely dry, just some dry patches during winter, and can get t-zone oiliness during the day but the sensual skin enhancer is just so hard to blend and applies thick and leaves skin dry. The end result is extremely unatural looking, like I have caked on makeup even though I have tried to apply lightly as possible. I really don't understand what is so fantastic about this product because I can't even find one positive thing about the sensual skin enhancer. It's horrible!
