Bought this to try and fade some of my acne scars. After I had used the whole bottle, I still didn't notice any fading of them. Also, it made me break out. However, it is a good moisturizer and it felt nice on my skin. Would not repurchase.

This foundation is one of the best ones I've ever tried. It covers pretty well, but some of my acne scars still peek through. The fairest colour is almost a match for my skin, which is rare. It feels great on and doesn't give a mask-like look, in fact, it looks very natural. Good staying power and looks great in pictures. Would repurchase.

Makeup Brushes -Sigma - SS150 Large Powder Brush

Bought this after hearing rave reviews and I'm not sure why, because I always seem to be disappointed. This brush looks great and feels great, but it sheds! Some days like crazy, and some days not at all. I have other brushes from this brand that I love, but this isn't one of them. Would not repurchase.

Bough this in the package that came with the retinoid pads. Applied it faithfully until I was out of both products. I know this is technically for dark age spots, but the girl who recommended it to me swore it worked on acne scars as well. Sadly, these products did NOTHING. In fact, it caused me to break out. Would not repurchase.

Polishes -OPI - Rainbow Connection

This is one of my favourite glittery polishes. It's big chunks of rainbow glitter and has an overall silver glow. I don't usually wear another colour underneath, I think it looks beautiful just by itself. Make sure you apply a base and a top coat or I find this polish will sort of "slip" off, but that is the case with most polishes like this. Would repurchase.

Primer/ Corrector -Almay - Smart Shade Perfect & Correct Primer

Looks really pretty in the packaging, but sadly, doesn't do what it claims. I have past red marks from acne scarring and the green ribbon doesn't do ANYTHING. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I was expected something. I don't really have a problem with dull skin so I don't know if the purple ribbon works. However, this is pretty moisturizing and super cheap but I probably will not repurchase.

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion

In short; a really average moisturizer. I like that there are no heavy fragrance and feels "fresh" on your skin. I don't like that it doesn't leave your skin moisturized for very long, or have any other skin benefits. Would not repurchase.

This stuff is just evil. Smells and feels very weird and the formula just kinda sits on top of your skin. When I put it on, my skin looked slightly improved but mostly it just looked glittery (ew). The foam also comes out in crazy amounts, there's no way really to control it. The original version of this product is better. Would not repurchase.

I don't know if I just got a bad package, but these are very dry. Because they're so dry, you really have to scrub at your face to get your makeup off, which is obviously not great for your skin. AND even with scrubbing, I find all the makeup won't come off. Packaging is nothing special. Would not repurchase.

As somone with long and thick hair, I am always on the lookout for a good detangler. This product helps to get the numerous knots out of my hair without harsh chemicals. It also smells like delicious orange candy and never makes my hair feel heavy. Just soft and shiny! Also, the packaging is really cute! It is a happy orange colour with a cartoon monkey. Would repurchase.

Lip Treatments -TheBalm - To The Rescue Vegan Lip Treatment

The fact that ALL net proceeds of this goes to help pugs in need is the most amazing part of this lip balm. Other than that, it is a pretty standard product. Smells like peppermint and comes in a nice compact. It's not really moisturizing enough for cold climates. Would not repurchase (rather just give my money directly to a pug charity).

Mascara -Clinique - Naturally Glossy Mascara

Probably my favourite every day mascara. It has good staying power, yet comes off easily at the end of day. Looks incredibly natural, I've had numerous people tell me I have nice "eyelashes" because they don't realize I'm wearing mascara and think I'm naturally blessed. The packaging is simple and sleek. Weirdly, I find the formulation is not "glossy" but quite dry and matte. Would repurchase. Also, can people stop complaining that this is too "natural" looking? It has the word natural in the name, what did you expect?

Powder -Prestige - Skin Loving Minerals Gentle Finish Mineral Powder Foundation

The only things I like about this product is that it's made of minerals, so that's not saying much. Colour range is disappointing (fairest shade was not pale enough for me) and within five minutes of purchasing, the jar all broke apart. Would not repurchase.

Lip Gloss -Physicians Formula - Plump Potion Clear

This is a great product and has become a staple for me. Plumps lips well without any intense burning. Also seems to be pretty moisturizing, as I live in a cold climate and I find when I wear this I don't have to apply lip balm. The packaging is also super cute! Would repurchase.

Primer/ Corrector -Smashbox - Photo Finish Primer

This is always hyped up in magazines so I decided to give it a try. I bought it in the "hydrating" version. Not impressed. It didn't help minimize the appearance of my pores and I didn't notice my foundation staying on any longer then usual. My skin did feel moisturized but I don't need to buy a pricey primer to do that. Would not repurchase.
