I have very pale skin and even the lightest color of sheer cover is not light enough for me. I am an nc20. so I can only use it when I fake tan (it matches the color of the fake tan perfectly lol). It goes on much thicker than i thought it would by the way it is advertised so i only use it at night. but it does hide pretty much everything. It covers all red and makes pimples look almost non existant. I think it is way overpriced though, since you can get just as good and much cheaper mineral foundations at a department store. This stays on for SO LONG! its unbelievable. It will not come off all night going out. If i forget to take my makeup off it will still be there in the morning covering everything it was covering the night before.

Mascara -MAC - Mascara X

really like this mascara. I have fairly long lashes but from years of using waterproof mascara they have thinned a bit. Mac X separates and thickens my lashes adding volume, but i dont find much in the way of length. (this is why the sales assistant sold it to me becase apparently it does a little of everything) It is not clumpy. it is not too obvious that you are wearing it which is what i like but for those of you that like that intense mascara look then this probably isnt for you. For the price i think it is deifnitely worth it, although i would spend my money on a more expensive mascara if i could. The main reason i liked this is becasue it separates my lashes so well without clumping! and even when it is a bit old it doesnt clump it still remains even.

Bronzers -Chanel - Irreelle Soleil - Silky Bronzing Powder

For the price of this bronzer i was expecing much more. i got number 21 as im very pale and found that it went very orange on me. more of a peach toned blush than a bronzer. Since i like to use bronzer for an all over glow rather than just highlighting I was not satisfied with this at all. maybe a darker color would be less orange. It was good that it came with a brush but the brush was so small and only really good if you had to use it white travelling. The only thing i really liked about this bronzer was the packaging but the mirror shattered just by movement in my makeup bag. For what it cost me i would definitely not even try another one of these, i dont think its worth it.

This bronzer is very good for my pale skin. I have it in 'golden' and it really makes me look a lot healthier. I can use it as an all over bronzer for my face or as a cheek highlighter. it goes on brown straight away so there is no need for contant layering unless you want to veyr very bronzed. It also has a very pretty shimmer that looks really nice in the light and in photos. I use a lot of this. i go though it very fast. im not sure if i just use a lot at once or if it just goes quickly but i get kinda of disappointed spending that amount and having it not last quite as long as id like. but the color is very good, not orange (most bronzers go orange on me becasue i am so pale) and i would definitely buy it again as i have been using it for over a year now. also be extra careful in travel becasue it will break/shatter very easily. i dropped mine from about 30cm onto carpet and it shattered :(

Eyeliner -Revlon - Luxurious Color Eyeliner- Velvet Black

I used to love this eyeliner becasue i used to love smudging it but i have changed my mind. this eyeliner is very very black and goes on very thick if thats what youre looking for. it is easy to put on but it does smudge very badly. And becasue it is so black its very noticable and you need to keep going back and wiping away black from under your eye. Only maybe 1 hour after applying it it really falls to below the lash line. However it is meant to be smudged as it comes with a smudging brush at the end, and it will work if you just use it on the top of your eye.. but when you put it at the bottom you will be disappointed.

Powder -MAC - Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation

Having dry skin I usually find that power foundations dont work on my skin becasue they just sit on the top and flake off. However this powder goes on really well (with a brush or the sponge that comes with it) and I dont find that it shows the dry spots on my skin, rather it looks like its gone into the skin like a liquid foundation was. It has a nice matte finish which is good to put powder blushes over. the only thing i dont like about this powder is that I dont find it lasts that long. I find i have to keep reapplying about twice a day to keep the coverage. Becasue of this i have gone though it pretty quickly. Although when I use it over a liquid it does keep coverage and doesnt need to be reapplied as often. The sales assistant gave me nc20 as that is what i use in liquid but it was far too light and i wenr to an nc25, so go for the darker color especially if youre pale becasue these are very light.

Eyeliner -MAC - Buried Treasure Powerpoint

This eyeliner is great. It is a dark brown/khaki with gold flecks. Because I have very pale skin, black eyeliner is too harsh for me and I find that brown eyeliner makes me look bruised becasue of my blue eyes. I dont know what it is about this eyeliner but it is such a great mix between the two and looks amazing on. It gives the illusion of a dark liner without the harshness. the color is so pretty. I will never go back to straight black eyeliner. You can actually see the gold flecks once it is on your eye and they shimmer in the sun and light. It goes on so smoothy and can be used with the point of the pencil or more smudgy. It also builds up very easily, getting darker as you go if you want a darker color. It lasts for so long! I can wear this during the day in the sun or at night clubbing and it stays. I was confused at first becasue the pencil doesnt look like it can be sharpened but its so easy and I have never had the pencil break unlike some other eyeliners. The price is well worth it as its only slighty more expensive than drug store eyeliners and is so much easier to apply. i love powerpoint eyeliners with the shimmer. they are the best! I have recommended this to many people of different complexions, hair and eye color and they all love it!
