I love trying new mascaras, and I had been wanting to try this one for a while. I was able to get a mini size in a swap. Thank goodness it was in a swap. I would've been mad if I had to pay full price for this mascara. There's really no lengthening, volumizing, and the color is hardly very black. It really does not work for me.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast 24 HR Mascara

I've never had issues with CoverGirl mascaras. I'm not a fan but I've never had issues. This mascara makes my eyes burn and it seems to just be a waterproof mascara. Nothing special. It's just black and lengthens a little. Thankfully I had a coupon so it wasn't the full price, but still. Pretty much a waste in my book.

Eyeliner -L'Oreal - Carbon Black Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner

This used to be my absolute favorite eyeliner. It was the first liquid liner I used and had success with. It was pigmented and lasted a long time and was PERFECT. Then I couldn't find it in stores after I ran out. And when it came back, I snatched it up. but I think they changed the formula or something. It is definitely not the gorgeous black liner it once was. It's streaky and a light greyish color. If I try to add more while it's still wet, it just streaks into a gray line. Guess my search for a new liquid liner has started...

Eyeliner -Revlon - ColorStay Liquid Liner

I just need to stay away from Revlon products in general. They always add some kind of irritation to my skin. I needed a new liquid liner and decided to try this one. When I got home, it seemed to make a good line. The formula was a little runny and it lost pigmentation at times. But it really irritated my eyes and burned. I can't use this stuff. I have to take it back.

I bought this after rave reviews on here and Youtube. Everyone was so excited over a gorgeous, pigmented black liquid liner for only a buck! I was thrilled! But when I went to buy it, I was disappointed. Yes, the price tag is good. Yes, the brush rocks. But the liner itself isn't very pigmented, and I have to go over it a bunch to make it a black line. Its streaky. I think it could be that they changed the formula since they put out a bunch of new products. I have an older liquid liner from NYC, only its the blackbrown liquid liner. Its amazing. I was looking for a straight up black one, and I guess its different now or something. Cause its blah. Not rebuying. Mmph.

Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Waterproof Eyeliner Pen

NOT waterproof. Glides on beautifully, glossy and black and makes a good winged line. But it smears and goes under my eyes. Its just terrible. But I know that's what you get for a dollar. E.L.F makes a lot of good things, but this is not one of them.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Line Stiletto liquid eyeliner

I didn't buy this with high hopes for it. I needed a replacement for my Lineur Intense. But it didn't work out for me. It was a beautiful glossy dark black line, I'll give it that. I would let it dry and then curl my lashes, ready to finish my look. But it automatically faded and the shine and color went away. I was mad. Plus, it didn't last all day like I thought it would. :[ No bueno. Thanks anyways, Maybelline.

Shampoo -Suave - Professionals Almond & Shea Butter

This is my absolute favorite shampoo. The conditioner is amazing also. I have finally found my HG shampoo and conditioner. Other shampoos and conditioners made my hair feel like...kind of blah. This makes my hair smell really good and it becomes SO soft. I'm shocked by how soft my hair becomes with this stuff. My search is over!

Lips -DuWop - Lip Venom V - Twilight Venom

I really really wanted this lip stain. BAD. I love lip stains and I thought it would give me a really nice, beautiful stain. Its a nice idea, where you shake it up to get the color to mix. Buys into the whole Twilight thing. Sigh. I got a mini in a swap, and I figured I could buy the full sized if I really liked it. Its a good amount even in the mini. I slipped it on my lips, and found that the color instantly goes into the slightest of dry spots on my lips. I have pretty moisturized lips. I take care of them. So when I put it on and it pretty much fell into the edges of my lips and any little crack, I was sad. It also stayed on my lips too long, and in the edges. My mom actually thought something was wrong with my lips, like I had hurt them or something. Ugh. Yeah. No bueno.

I have tried so many mascaras. From high end to drugstore. This was one of the first ones that ever worked wonders for me. This mascara really does everything it says it will. I can use it on its own or with another mascara for a more dramatic look. I like trying different mascaras all the time to see how each one works. I'm a mascara junkie. But I always go back to LashBlast. I love it!

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Naked Palette

I am in love with this palette. After months of drooling over it on Youtube and MUA, I finally got one for Christmas. It's absolutely beautiful. The colors are SO pigmented. I've only used it once, but it definitely won't be the last time. Amazing amazing palette. You can come up with so many different looks from a natural look to a smokey eye or pretty much anything! Love it!

Hair Styling Tools -Remington - All That Hot Curlers

I got these as a gift, since I needed an easier way to curl my hair since curling irons don't work too great for me. I thought I'd give these a shot since they looked awesome and I had heard pretty good things about them. They are pretty much awesome curlers. It was easy for me to get the hang of it after some practice, and when I took the curlers out my hair was beautiful. But even with heat protectant, my ends looked fried. And after about an hour, my hair would fall almost to my natural wavy hair. The little clamps aren't so great either. Once I clip them into my hair, its like they just fall halfway out anyways. The big box they sit in is really bulky. This might work on a different hair type, since my hair is pretty thick, but this just did NOT work out for me. :[

Eye Shadow -Coastal Scents - 28 Neutral Palette

I honestly love this one better than the 88 Warm. I'm overwhelmed and worried when I look at the 88 Warm. This one is more simple with such awesome, pigmented colors. I really love this palette, and I doubt I'll ever hit pan on any of them. I love that there are some MAC dupes included. I really recommend this to anyone who is looking for easy shadows to do neutral eyes. Heck, you could make classic looks or smokey looks with the colors in this palette. Beautiful!

Mascara -Clinique - Lash Doubling Mascara

I recieved a sample of this in a swap, so I thought I would give it a shot. The brush is nothing special, and neither is the product. It could just be me, since there are so many who like it. But I hated it. In one coat I had spidery, weird looking lashes. I didn't have time to wash it off, so I had to just keep trying. In the end, I had to use different mascaras with this one just to work out for me. I wouldn't ever purchase, since there are much better mascaras at the drugstore than this one. Pretty disappointed. Spidery, clumpy lashes are not my friend.

Cleansers -E.L.F. - Studio Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths

I'm on probably my third package of this because it's so cheap. I wanted to like it really bad, but it just continued to burn my eyes everytime I would take off my makeup. I usually would only use these when I had waterproof mascara on, and it didn't all come off until I literally pinched the wipe onto my eyelashes. I've lost a few and my eyes have burned and suffered greatly. No fun. :[
