Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

I have tried to like this mascara so many times... I'm always looking for drugstore-holy-grail products so I've read these reviews and bought maybe 2-3 tubes over the years... and I just don't get it! What is the fuss about? I have pretty decent lashes to begin with (only with blond tips) so I know I'm not too hard to please. This stuff is spider lashes in a tube! Even when it starts to dry out it goes on very wet which makes my lashes stick together, droop, and loose all curl! The only real positive is the size and shape of the brush - small enough to get all the little hairs in the inner corner/ lower lash line, but still big enough to do the job (Lash Discovery too tiny and tedious to use alone). Plus I love the pink and green packaging but oh well...Looks like Lash Stylist is still the one for me!

My staple full coverage foundation! No matter how many foundations I try at Sephora, I always come back to this. The dry-down, texture, coverage are all exactly what I want...something not too drying yet not too moist (I hate it when moisturizing foundations "grab" splotches of bronzer). It's been a challenge to get the color right though! After many months of going back and forth between W4 (too yellow/light), W5 (oddly, too pink), and W6 (too green/dirty looking) - it finally occured to me to just mixed them all together. What do you know? I found the the perfect shade. For anyone else that falls into this awkward range - TRY THIS!

Fragrances -Clinique - Happy Heart

I have NEVER gotten as many compliments on a perfume-and I've worn a LOT of different ones! I am in awe of how it is such a soft floral that smells so clean at the same time. From guys I pass on the street to my gal friends-both seem to love this and always ask what I'm wearing. I can understand that it is more of a youthful scent and may not be for everyone but I can't wait till they come out with a lotion so I can layer them!

Eye Shadow -Merle Norman - Oyster

This stuff is great! It's a fantastic hilighting color that is essentially a yellow based shimmery white. I've tried to search for similar colors but always come back to this one. The warmth of the shade really brings out blue eyes!

Blush -NARS - Orgasm Blush

I truly adore NARS Orgasm blush! However, girls with blemishes-BEWARE! This stuff has a lot of shimmer to it so if you are the least bit bumpy on or around your cheeks, it can act as a spotlight to those areas you are trying to draw attention away from. I usually only wear this when my skin is smooth. If I had flawless skin, I would buy this by the case!
