I've been wearing a cateye look for years. I am always on the lookout for the creme de la creme of liquid liners. This one is pretty good. When you first apply it, you do achieve a rich black color. It has a tiny bit of a sheen. With certain brands of shadow, I notice that it wears off more easily. I need to layer the liner at times to get a darker effect. As it wears away, it does not flake and break off. It just becomes more translucent. It comes off easily with makeup remover and does not burn. The uniquely shaped package leads me to believe that I will have a challenge using all of the product.

Ohhhhh... This is a MUST for any Too Faced collector as well as anyone looking for some great bronzers and blushes. The price is only $30 and you get a decent size the best sellers from Too Faced. There is their famous bronzer, and two blushes in pink and peach. The pigments are strong enough to show up on darker complexions, yet soft enough for fair skin tones.

Eyeliner -Smashbox - Heartbreaker Liquid Liner Pen

This is a good liquid liner pen. After about 15 seconds, the product starts drying. It has an intense, rich black color. The point creates definition and a perfect line. The only real complaint that I have is that it can dry out very quickly. I make sure that I work fast and replace the cap as soon as possible. Overall, a good product.

A great flat iron spray. You only need a little bit. It does not feel starchy at all. My hair is very fine and gets oily easily. If you use too much of this, you hair might become greasy if it is like mine. The smell is pretty good and the price is not too bad. They even make a travel size.

Lip Gloss -LORAC - Couture Shine - Haute

If you are looking for a high shine gloss/lipstick in one, then this is it. If you do not like sticky or thick glosses, then this will probably not be a good choice for you. This is a liquid lipstick. It smells like vanilla candy and is a beauty mauve shade with a super high shine. I love wearing this out at night as it catches the light. It has a bristle brush applicator with very short bristles. You will get a closer clean line application. Again, it is very thick because it is a liquid lipstick. It has great staying power. Love it.

Lip Gloss -Jaqua Girls - Raspberry Buttercream Frosting lip gloss

Blah. That is what come to mind. I am a fan of the Pink Buttercream Frosting scents from Jaqua girls, so I thought that I would give this gloss a whirl since it was on clearance at Ulta. The product barely comes out of the tube. The scent is ok, but you can barely taste it. The color is so sheer because you have to fight with the package to get the gloss out. Don't even waste the $3.

Concealers -Smashbox - High Definition Concealer

One of my fav's. I usually dab a half of a pea size on the back of my hand and that is more than enough for my entire face. I apply with a concealer brush and build coverage. I love that this is a thinner concealer that can go on light, but build with more product and pressure. It is not drying and photographs beautifully. It combats my redness and uneven areas. It's in my makeup bag every day!

Mascara -L'Oreal - Double Extend Mascara with Lash Boosting Serum

I also wrote a review for the serum as I purchased this mascara along with it in the starter kit. I just began using this two weeks ago. The primer coats my lashes well and helps to build length as well as thickness. It does take a bit more time to build up the product on your lashes. If you have a lot of time, you can end up with a nice result. I find that the key is to really focus on priming your lashes with a healthy coating of primer. I will update as I continue to use this along with the serum.

I just started using this product about two weeks ago. I purchased it in the starter kit along with the mascara. So far, so good. I have noticed some improvement in the thickness of my lashes and less in length. The color of my lashes has remained the same. Make sure that every last speck of makeup is removed before you apply it. I apply at night across the top of my upper lashes as well as at the root to the tips. I also started applying in the morning. The wand is a little strange and looks like it is going to be difficult to get all of the product out as I continue to use it. I'll update in a few weeks.

So this is a good heat protector, but it feels so starchy. I give a few light sprays throughout my hair followed by running through a comb. Once the product dries, I feel that my hair feels dry and stiff. Not crunchy, just starchy. When flat ironing my hair, I want it to look sleek afterward. Unfortunately, I don't achieve that result with this product. The pump also tends to leak.

I have very fine hair that is easily, very easily, prone to becoming greasy. I need to wash my hair every other day. This product adds beautiful shine and smooths down frizz. I have to use the teeny tiniest amount or I will otherwise have an oil slick situation. It smells great as most of Frederic's products do. If I use this product, I need to wash my hair the same day. But it does make my hair look super sleek after flat ironing.

Oh my! These brushes are perfect! Plus, they are animal cruelty-free. They are so soft and are great for application. You can create such a smooth finish because the bristles are so pliable. They literally feel just like a teddy bear. A nice indulgence for a small set.

I think that this is a great buy for a highly pigmented inexpensive shadow. I have blue grey eyes and this makes my eye color incredibly pop. I layer the lighter color on my lid and blend the dark color into the crease. I use a good primer as a base and I am assuming that the primer creates a truer color. So, it doesn't look orange on me. It looks like a deep burgundy with almost a reddish shimmer. lasts all day and the color is striking. For the price, I love it.

Lip Gloss -NYX - Mega Shine - La La

OK...this smells and tastes like cherry Kool Aid...awesome! It is such a pretty shade of pink. By itself, it is a nice pop of color but not too opaque. It transforms color based on the lipstick you wear underneath. Perfect for wearing over a good stain. The staying power is pretty good and you can not beat the price. Animal cruelty free. Such a great buy.

Mascara -Tweezerman - Fast Lash

Such an odd product. I opened the product and it looked like pieces from my dryer's lint trap went flying everywhere. No matter what I tried to do to limit the mess, it was a challenge. I applied Bad Gal Lash Mascara and dabbed the "fibers" onto my lashes and let dry. I then coated with more mascara. My lashes were dramatically thicker and longer. But I think that if I had a good primer and took my time, I could achieve a similar, yet smoother result. Overall, it seemed to work pretty well. But it is difficult to limit the mess.
