I Brought this after getting colour matched at my local boots. I was matched to the palest shade of cool Ivory. It seemed to fit my skin tone in the shop and I've been testing it out for about a month now. It goes very orange and oxidizes after about an hour. It also doesn't cover blemishes very well and fades and becomes patchy after not very long. Definitely not worth the money.

BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream

I brought this in the lightest shade in a rush when I wanted to buy a tinted BB cream for the summer. I'm normally 51 in healthy mix foundation so I thought this would be similar but more sheer. After about 5 minutes it oxidized pretty dark and orange the coverage was very sheer pretty much like a moisturizer with an orange sheen. Made my skin look very oily and also irritated my cystic acne on my cheeks. Will definitely not repurchase.

Eyeliner -MAC - Smolder eye kohl

Absolutely love this eye liner, I've been using it solidly for 5 years. No other one seems to glide on without dragging as much as this. I love how black it is and the fact it stays put but can be smudged as well. Nothing really bad I can say.

Really wanted a new foundation as I normally find it hard to find ones that are pale enough. Tried this out and the shade match is perfect, Porcelain was the exact match for my skin. That's pretty much the only good thing I can say about this. It felt very chemically and heavy on my face after application. Which in turn after about a week and a half of using it made me break out worse than I have done in a long time. I broke out in cystic acne on my cheeks where I normally don't get spots. Really don't recommend.

Styling Products -Aussie - "Take the Heat" styling spray

Love this spray, really good at detangling and conditioning my hair before drying and using straighteners. Smells amazing as well. I've used several others but most either weighed my hair down and made it feel dry or just didn't really seem to do anything. Really love this and would definitely recommend.

Liquid -Lancome - Teint Miracle

Tried this foundation out after hearing really good reviews. I find it difficult to get foundations that match my pale skin so I got color matched at a Lancome counter. Took product home and found it looks great after 1st application, skin looks glowing and toned but after about 5 minutes it oxidizes and goes at least a shade darker so instead of pale, mine turned to yellowy orange. I gave it a try by wearing it to work with a primer on my skin and after about an hour it had pretty much melted off my face. Not worth the money and won't be repurchasing.

Eye Makeup Remover -Boots - Botanics Soothing Eye Makeup Remover

Really wanted to like this because i'm fed up of makeup removers that either drag my skin or don't remove everything. This removed all my eye make up perfectly, but left a oily residue that was hard to wipe off. It also left the skin around my eyes a bit red and even though I had my eyes closed when applying it still made my eyes a bit blurry. Genuinely not a fan of the consistency.

Tried a sample of this out, and can't honestly see what the hype is about. The "light" shade was pretty orange on my pale skin, left a greasy sheen over my face and had a pretty cloying suncream smell. Not at all what I expected.

Tried this out for a while last year, didn't really work for me. The colour started off pale and oxidised quite dark yellow more like the colour of pancake batter. It also showed up pretty flaky on any dry patches on my face. The formula was pretty thin as well, and didn't cover blemishes very well. Didn't do anything bad for my skin but also didn't really do what it was supposed to do as a foundation.

Tried this out after hearing loads of good things. First thing that got me though was the smell, really strong, smelt like acrylic paint. Very strong and chemically. Colour match was good, I got the palest shade with Ivory, only problem was after it oxidized a bit on my skin it leant towards the ashy pinky side of pale and looked quite unnatural. The main downside though was the fact it dried and broke my skin out so badly. Had massive patches of spots all over the sides of my cheeks. As soon as I stopped using this they started to heal up. I think it's a combination between the alcohol drying out my skin and the thickness of the formula. I gave it two points for its staying power as I have pretty oily combination skin. But the smell and the effect it had on my skin outweighed this. Also the bottle was pretty messy and unhygienic.

Not very impressed, felt heavy and cakey. Made my face look pretty orange, with the palest shade of W1 Ivory. Made my skin feel really dry and breakout in spots. Also not a fan of the packaging with the concealed mirror.

Really dislike this product, I bought it because I wanted to try something more gentle for my skin that didn't have as harsh chemicals in it. I picked it because I thought the mineral formula would be gentle, but after the first day I noticed my armpits stung and became itchy, I thought it was down to shaving but the more I used it the more itchy they became and I started to get a red rash that cracked and bled. As soon as I stopped using it and switched to Nivea or Dove it went away. Really not a fan, especially as it claims to be better for skin.
