I wasn't expecting to like this brush because I heard bad things about it before but I'm glad I decided to purchase it anyway. I use this to apply my Maybelline Dream Smooth Mousse and it works very well. It can be streaky but I don't put my foundation all over my face and I pat it in instead of brush it on so it doesn't matter to me. The bristles are kind of strange. Not really sure what it's made of but whatever. It's cheaply made but for a $1 you can't really expect much. I'd repurchase this if unless I stumble upon another brush I'd rather use.

Polishes -Sinful - Rise and Shine

I wasn't expecting this to be matte but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not a fan of green nail polishes but I bought this on a whim during a sale at Walgreens. Really nice green/emerald color. I won't buy this again unless I get it on sale purely because I don't like greens.

Lovely color. I only needed to apply two coats for it to be opaque. Easy application.

Eye Shadow -E.L.F. - brightening eyeshadow quad - drama

Like a lot of other people, I wasn't expecting much because of the price but I was proven wrong. The shadows are really pigmented and great for a dark smokey eye look. For $1 you can't go wrong with these!

Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Liquid Eyeliner - Black

I use this over pencil eyeliner. I'm surprised that it stayed on so well. I used it on a hot day from 9am to 4pm without any primer and it stayed put and didn't smudge at all. I'm not fond of the applicator but eh, it'll do!

Lipstick -New York Color - 309B Sheer Red

This shade of red works really well with my skin tone so I love it. You can build it up to make it really dark or you can just put it on lightly. It doesn't dry out my lips at all. It doesn't have amazing lasting power but I don't mind reapplying it. It's extremely cheap. The packaging isn't amazing but you can't expect much for the price. Anyway, I don't really care about the packaging so it doesn't bother me.

Makeup Brushes -Ecotools - Powder Brush

I love this brush so much. It's so, so, so soft and it doesn't shed at all. I use it to put on my setting powder and sometimes blush if I want to use a tiny amount. It's a must have for me. If I ever lose it or if something terrible happens to it, I'd definitely buy another one.

Love this product. It helped my chapped lips return to normal. The smell is fantastic. The packaging is cute as hell and I'm a sucker for cute packaging. I'd definitely repurchase (actually, I already bought a bunch of backups during Walgreens' sale).

Underwhelming. I think this would work best on people that don't need a lot of coverage. I wish I didn't spend $10 on it and returned it when I had the chance. I definitely will not repurchase.

I bought this a year or two ago and I've only used it a few times. The color is too light for me. I really love the tweezers that came with it. I'd only repurchase this if I ever lose the tweezers.

Sunscreen -Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 70

I use this sunscreen on my face everyday in the mornings. If I use it by itself it makes my face look pale so I usually mix it with a moisturizer to tone the whiteness down and to make it easier to blend. I usually wear makeup on top of this so the white cast doesn't matter most of the time. I've used this for almost a year now and I've never broken out or gotten a bad reaction so I'm sticking with this unless I stumble upon something better.

I love this product. I have sensitive and dry/normal skin. It works very well with my skin and cleared it up within weeks. I love that it only has 2.5%. Before using this, I tried a product with 5% BP and it dried out my skin so badly that I vowed never to go near BP again. Fortunately, I broke that vow. I dab a tiny amount on my problem areas every night after washing my face. Depending on what my schedule is, sometimes I'll also use this in the morning. BTW my acne is pretty mild and I rarely get huge and irritating pimples so maybe that's why this works so well on me.

This is the foundation I've been using the most lately. The color I have matches my skin tone really well so instead of applying it all over my face, I just focus on my problem areas. The less I have on my face, the better I feel. Medium coverage. I hate the packaging. Wait for sales or when you have a coupon to buy it.

I like using this to set my makeup. I've tried using this by itself and it doesn't do much for me in terms of correcting my skin tone or absorbing oil. However, I don't have oily skin and my skin tone is pretty even so yeah. If I put on too much blush or bronzer, I use this to tone it down. It doesn't make me look cakey. I'd definitely buy this again.
