Skincare - Face -Clinique - 3 Step System

I've been using the Clinique 3 step system in number 3 for Combination Oily skin for 3 months now and I've noticed a HUGE improvement in how my make-up looks and the overall look and feel of my skin. This system works together by loosening the dead skin cells while cleaning off surface dirt and oil..Buffing away the dead skin cells and taking off excess dirt and oil that are left over after cleansing and balancing out oil and water levels while also improving the texture of the skin. I'm very impressed with these products..the price range at Clinique is the most reasonable I've seen in any department store and the products are developed by skin doctors. The 3 step it's self was developed by a dermatologist for private practice use.. It's crucial that anyone having any problems with the system make sure they go back and get re-skin typed to make sure they are using the correct version and that they address any and all skin concerns while they're doing the consultation..the first time I went in , I was in a rush and didn't answer some of the questions in the diagnostic with much thought..BIG mistake..the system is designed to be custom fitted.. Overall I love this system because it's made my skin shine-free for most of the day, softer, brighter and clearer. I will be using this for as long as I can :)

Eye Shadow -MAC - Crushed Metallic Pigment in Surf The Ocean (Surf Baby '11)

MAC pigments are a blessing. They last forever and they feel/apply amazing. My only beefs with this pigment stack is that it's in plastic which means that one false move or amount of pressure and you'll end up with a broken stack and pigment everywhere...And they don't seem to blend as easily as I want them too. They almost over power any other color that you try to use with them. With that said I'm going to try and use some different techniques and get back to this review. Otherwise, I'm in love.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Surf USA

I love this eyeshadow, the teal color is super pigmented and it makes my green eyes POP! I could probably use this without primer and it would still be just as pigmented. It blends easy and I had minimal fall out while using the correct brush and application. Every woman should own this color!

Shampoo -ENJOY - Sulfate-Free Shampoo

I found this product after searching for the perfect shampoo for my oily, color treated hair. I wanted something that was sulfate-free to protect my color but still would cleanse and take care of build-up. I found all of that plus this shampoo smells devine! I can't remember off hand the exact price of the first bottle I bought, but it lasted my a long time and I have hair that is past my shoulders and mid boob. (I didn't know how else to explain it!) I love this product. I love the Cleanse Sensor,it tells you that your hair is free of build-up by foaming once it has cleared away the nasty product etc! It's a gentle formula and those usually do zip for my oil problem, but this was ah-mazing! Besides that, I can't say enough about the smell, other than : Sam tested and boyfriend approved! Do yourself a favor and try this out :) The sample size is only 4.95! I've seen them on Amazon for 13.00 for 10.1 oz, and there's a pack that comes with the shampoo and conditioner for around 26.00. Shampoo -Frederic Fekkai - Au Naturel Dry Shampoo

Here's the deal, I have very oily hair, I also have a job with a hat in the manditory uniform..so oily hair + baseball cap means even if I come into work with clean hair, I still leave with mild build-up or at the very least some kind of oilyness. Maybe it's just me, but I tend to need to wash my hair at least every other day. I've heard that it's not good for your hair to wash it so much so I looked into getting myself a dry-shampoo. I knew I'd be using more than the average person so I had to find something that would give good results and last me a long time. I tried the Ojan dry shampoo and fell in love with the smell, however, the nozzle got clogged and I didn't like the texture that it gave my hair after I used it. With that said, I felt like there was more air in the can then the product its self. Thankfully, it was on sale on sephora.com so I didn't pay too much for it. Last week I went into the Pure Beauty near my dentists office for a few "big girl treats", and I couldn't decide what to get. I looked around and I finally found the Fekkai Au Naturel, after chatting with the sales associate who had a smiliar experience with the Ojan, we decided that this was the best way to go. I did almost by the Big Sexy Hair alternative but I was worried about clogging. The price was fair considering it works at least ten thousand times better than the Ojan dry shampoo. I've also read several reviews stating it's lasting power. I loved the texture it gave my hair afterward, it was almost like I was refreshing a blow-out everytime I used it. I liked that it was fragrance-free so I could wear whatever scent I wanted to, but the cap tends to come off pretty easily if you leave it loose in your bag, so I reccomend leaving it in a smaller bag. Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous in Carbon Black

I'm in love with this mascara! I bought it last night and waited all night to use it! This morning I curled my eyelashes and went to town with it. I am more than impressed..I got the length, volume and thickness I had been dreaming of! I usually don't believe in the hype when it comes to mascaras but this is the real deal. I had used the waterproof Dior Show before but I didn't feel right shelling out 35 bucks for something that I'd have to ditch three months later! I am definitely coming back to this.
