Loose Powders -Kanebo - Lavshuca Loose Powder

This is a fabulous loose powder for the drugstore price. I bought this in Lucent, which is translucent with micro shimmers. This adds a slight radiance to the skin and also controls oil. The puff that comes with it is also really soft, and applies just the right amount. Also love the fact that it comes in a small pot (the packaging is adorable) so it doesn't take forever to finish it up. I probably took around one year of daily use to finish it. Would definitely repurchase if not for the fact its only available in Japan, HK and Taiwan!

Loose Powders -Kanebo - Lunasol Skin Contrast Face Powder

Just finished an entire tub of this powder in 01 Glow, and felt like writing a review to mark the achievement! Lunasol has great base products, and this powder is very finely milled and soft. It comes with a nice plush powder puff, although I find the powder keeps my skin matte longer if I apply with a kabuki brush instead. I like my face powders to have a bit of shimmer in them to add radiance to my skin. This has tiny micro shimmers that are really subtle and you definitely don't notice it on the skin or look glittery (in fact I forgot this had any shimmer in it until I checked). The only thing that would make this powder perfect would be if it had some moisturizing effect (i.e. like my absolute favorite Kiss Moist Angel powder which has been sadly discontinued). However, overall its a really nice powder and I would repurchase it again.

Lotions/ Creams -Jurlique - Citrus Hand Cream

Love the fresh citrus scent of this. Jurlique makes really good hand creams especially if you have really dry hands. Although its a thick balm, it absorbs really well and doesn't feel sticky or greasy. My hands also feel really soft hours after applying. However, the aluminum packaging really gets to me and I wouldn't repurchase just because of the packaging. The tube always gets dented in my bag and it's quite difficult to get all the product out towards the end.

Fragrances -Soap and Glory - Girligo Body Moisturizing Mist

I love the scent of this moisturizing mist, which is the same as the Righteous Butter. However, I wouldn't buy this again. When applied all over the body, the scent is a tad overpowering and sweet, but the mist isn't moisturizing enough to use in place of a regular body lotion. I use it more like a scented body spray. Otherwise I find that just using the Righteous butter is enough for a soft scent. The bottle is also quite hard to use, it gets quite slippery and hard to press the nozzle to spray. It also gets all over the bathroom floor and makes it real slippery.

Lotions/ Creams -Soap and Glory - The Daily Smooth body butter

I love Soap and Glory products, especially the Righteous Butter scent and thought this would be similar. However, the scent of this is really cloying and sorta musky, whereas Righteous Butter has a more clean and sweet scent. Daily Smooth also seems to be thicker and more emollient /greasy compared to Righteous Butter.

Lotions/ Creams -Soap and Glory - Hand Food

This has the same scent as the Righteous butter (which I love), but with a slight chemical tinge. The scent doesn't last as long, and the hand cream also feels a bit greasy and doesn't get absorbed into the skin that easily. Overall, it's a decent hand cream but isn't really anything special.

This is the best body moisturizer out of the entire Soap and Glory range. Although it's a body butter, it absorbs really quickly into the skin and doesn't leave a sticky film. Works well in cold climates and the scent is amazing! If you use this, the matching shower cream with the same scent is the Clean On Me Clarifying Shower Gel

I love the scent of this shower gel! Lathers really well and leaves my skin moisturized and not dry. If you use this, the matching body lotion with the same scent is the Righteous Butter.

Eyes -DHC - Eye Lash tonic

This lash essence does work to strengthen my lashes, but the Canmake essence is much better in comparison and also cheaper. If you can get both, try the Canmake one instead. The DHC lash tonic has a mascara wand applicator, which works well if you only want to apply it on your lashes like a normal mascara. However, it's really scratchy if you get close to the roots, and I have poked my eye a few times by accident. I suspect it's not meant to be applied too close to the roots as the product stings when it gets into my eye. When dry, my lashes also become quite hard. Lastly, as mentioned by other reviewers, this comes in a transparent tube and it becomes cloudy after just 1-2 weeks of use, and just looks terrible like it has gone bad due to contamination.

Mascara -Canmake - Eyelash Essence

This is currently sold in the red tube packaging. I've tried a number of eyelash serums and this is not only cheap, but also the best. This has a doe-foot applicator like a regular lip gloss. As such, its really easy to apply directly at the roots of my lashes, and it does not sting when it gets into my eye. It also really works! I had a tiny bald patch along my eyelash line, and this helped the lashes grow back in a few weeks. I apply this at night only, and using it regularly has helped my lashes become longer and stronger. I also swipe it on my brows. I try to replace this once every 3-4 months for hygiene purposes and have gone through a number of tubes already. Great product!

Cleansers -Bliss Labs - Fabulous Foaming Face Wash

Bliss should really remove the word "foaming" from the name as its so misleading. This hardly foams at all. This face wash is decent and balls up to gently exfoliate the skin. However, I find the product quite artificial due to the blue color and chemical scent. Purchased this during a Sephora sale as part of an Xmas set, and I don't think this is worth buying at full price.

I use this whenever my skin looks rough or has breakouts and it really helps to smooth out and clear my skin. The texture is light and gets easily absorbed into the skin. However, it isn't drying and you can use it as a night cream without having to apply any moisturizer on top. One jar easily lasts me a year, and I'm currently on my third jar. The price is ridiculous for 50g of product, but unfortunately it does seem to work for my skin!

Cleansers -SKII - Facial Treatment Cleanser

Have repurchased this cleanser countless times since I first tried it almost 10 years ago. This is a really gentle foaming cleanser that doesn't leave my skin tight or dry. It also has a lovely scent. The price is really exorbitant for a cleanser, and I have tried to find cheaper alternatives over the years, but I always go back to this. Stock up when there is a sale or at the duty free shops when traveling!

Moisturizers -Bobbi Brown - Hydrating Face Cream

Hmm.. I think my skin doesn't take well to Bobbi Brown skin care products. Tried this along with the Hydrating Eye Cream and hated them both. The scent of this is really strong and chemical. While the cream seems to have a light texture, it is really greasy and sits on my skin long after application and doesn't get absorbed.

Hmm.. I think my skin doesn't take well to Bobbi Brown skin care products. Tried this along with the Hydrating Face Cream and hated them both. This has a light orange scent and a light texture. However I didn't find it hydrating at all and it also stung when applied too close to my eyes.
