Moisturizers -Alba Botanica - Hawaiian Aloe & Green Tea Oil Free Moisturizer

The first time I used this moisturizer, I loved it. Wonderful, light texture, absorbs well, doesn't leave my semi-oily skin looking greasy, lovely hawaiian scent. Unfortunately a couple days later I started getting horrible breakouts - I stopped using it and they went away almost instantly. Really great summer moisturizer, but if you are acne prone, beware!

Lipstick -Neutrogena - MoistureShine Soothing Lipsheers [DISCONTINUED]

I absolutely love this product! I have been a die hard Burt's Bee's lipbalm fan for more than 5 years, but always hated the lack of color (none of the tinted lipbalms were a good shade for me). I like a natural look when it comes to makeup, and these lip sheers are the perfect 'your lips but better' product. And to top it off, they have that minty freshness and lipbalm texture that Burt's has. Spectacular! (I have 'Shimmering Blush', which is beautiful on my NC20 skin).

Blush -LORAC - Sheer Wash in Sheer Emotion

Perfect cheek stain! The color is wonderful on my NC20 skin, a glowing raspberry. I have always used Origins Pinch My Cheeks, but wanted to try this since I hate the packaging of PMC (aluminum tube, very hard to get product out in proper quantities). If you have never used cheek stains before, this product can be tricky. Skin must be well moisturized, and you have to blend well and fast. The littlest swipe of the product on your finger is more than enough for a cheek, and do them one at a time. The affect is a 'just had amazing sex' glow that lasts for hours. This product even held up on an archaeological dig in Central America (Yes I wore blush during fieldwork!). My HG blush by far!

Tinted Moisturizer -Shiseido - The Skincare Essential Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 [DISCONTINUED]

This is a truly wonderful TM. The texture and consistency are perfect. It is light, blends well and does not feel heavy on the skin. Almost like a gentle veil of color. I am NC20, and Light (a golden beige) is beautiful on my skin. It has a semi matte finish, and gives me a glowing complexion. It also does not cause me breakouts, which many TM's do (I think it has to do with the light texture - this is not a heavy or greasy TM). My HG by far!

Mascara -Clinique - Naturally Glossy Mascara

This mascara is fabulous! I have tried just about everything out there (Diorshow, Badgal lash, L'extreme, Shu Umera) and I always come back to this one. It might not give the most big, gorgeous, feathered lashes after one swipe, but the beauty of this mascara is its versatility. It NEVER clumps, and is the perfect shade of jet black with a nice gloss to it. One coat is perfect for daytime, but you can create Diorshow lashes by applying 3-4 coats for a night out. And comparatively speaking, it is rather cheap. This is my HG.

I really wanted to like this product. The color (Light) was a perfect match for my skin. The consistency however, is atrocious. It is thick and greasy, and feels much heavier on the skin than a tinted moisturizer should. The coverage is also quite light, making this product rather crappy. I would have sucked it up and used the rest of the tube if it hadn't caused a serious breakout. I now use Shiseido the Essential Tinted Moisturizer, which has a much better texture, and doesn't irritate my skin. I would be weary of this product if you have ever been prone to breakouts.
