BB Cream -MISSHA - M Perfect Cover BB Cream

First off, I LOVE THIS STUFF. I ordered it online after seeing brilliant reviews on it, in the lightest shade. It came in a squeeze tube thingie with a pump, which was very nice. It was about $12, which is a great price for such a nice product. It has excellent coverage. It comes out of the pump a bit greyish, but it adjusts to your skin tone and evens out redness. It has spf 42, which I love. It also helped clear away most of my acne after using it once. I have fairly dry skin, and I don't have any flakes at all when I wear this. It takes a minute or two to set into your skin, and there's no need to use powder over it. It's super easy to blend, with a brush or fingers. The only downside is that there are only two shades, so it wouldn't be suitable for darker skin tones. Oh, and the text on the tube is in korean... which is pretty cool too.

Hair -Unlisted Brand - Sassy Silky Straight 10 inch Human Hair

So far, I've bought two wefts. The first one was 8 inches and about 8 dollars, it was a golden reddy blond. The second was 14 inches and dark brown, $25. The price is cheap but so are the extensions. The ends are very thin and they looked really ratty before I even put them in, especially the longer ones. They look better after a wash and blowdry, but I DON'T recommend gluing them because they get ratty and dull very easily. Overall, I recommend something a bit higher quality even if it does break the bank a little.

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - HIP Loose Pigment-Intrepid
vagueparade 6/26/2011 6:46:00 PM
I absolutely love this pigment! I picked this up at Walgreens on sale for $3, rather than the usual $11. It's a beautiful red-brown with an emerald green-blue duo chrome. I like applying the dry powder all over my lid and then applying it wet either near my lashline or in the crease. :) The duo chrome shows up much better when applied wet. Overall a great investment!

Tinted Moisturizer -Physicians Formula - Healthy Wear SPF 50 Tinted Moisturizer
vagueparade 6/16/2011 8:44:00 PM
I've been on a crazy TM search over the past few weeks. It's summer and foundation is just too much! I purchased this in Fair to Natural, thinking it was the lightest shade, but this was just the lightest one in stock. I love the packaging and the SPF. However, the coverage is almost nonexistent. But it's a good thing, because I'm pretty fair and this still doesn't make me look too dark. I really don't understand why people complain about color selection for TM if the coverage is extremely sheer anyway. The finish is very natural, I can barely feel it on my skin when it sets. Overall, I would repurchase in the right shade and maybe use year-round. (: I took one lippy off because it's pretty expensive for a drugstore TM. I got it for roughly 13 dollars, I think.

Lipstick -Milani - Black Cherry
vagueparade 5/1/2011 7:41:00 PM
I've been searching for a perfect matte-ish vampy lipstick, and I really like this one. It's a deep wine red, almost purple, and I think it flatters all skin tones. It definitely makes a statement, especially if you have fair skin like me. (: The only problem is that it's a very dry formula, and I've got to make sure my lips are very conditioned when applying. I like to apply a very small amount of moisturizing clear gloss beforehand, just because my lips dry out easily.

Liquid -Revlon - ColorStay Makeup with SoftFlex SPF 15 Normal/Dry Skin
vagueparade 1/6/2011 9:46:00 PM
I had heard only good things about the oily formula of this, you know, how the coverage is great and lasting power and blah blah blah... so I figured the dry formula was pretty much the same. Although it wasn't what I expected, I was still pleasantly surprised. It's easy to blend, and has a natural looking finish with light-medium coverage. It's more on the medium side, though. Most foundations accentuate my dry patches, but this one doesn't. It can feel a little heavy at first, but I don't know if that's just because I didn't wear foundation for a while before using this. I took one lippy off because of the packaging. :/ Other than that, it's great and I use it every day. (: It can also be doubled up as a light concealer, btw.

Eyeliner -Unlisted Brand - Hot Topic Creme Eyeliner- Black

This is kind of an embarrassing buy, but whatever.. haha. This smudges like crazy when used alone, like as an eyeliner, but I quite like it as a dark eyeshadow base. I don't invest alot of money on quality eyeshadows, and rich dark colours are hard to come by at the drugstore. So this is pretty nice to use under sheer dark colours, but you've got to work quickly or else it'll look splotchy. Overall, I'm glad I can put this to some kind of use. I depotted it, but the original packaging wasn't too bad.

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara
vagueparade 12/14/2010 10:16:00 PM
Definitely my hg mascara. My eyes are sensitive when it comes to mascara, mostly because it flakes off into my eyes etc etc. But this doesn't flake at all, and it doesn't even feel like I'm wearing anything on my lashes most of the time. Super natural look, which is fine with my long-ish lashes. It does add a bit of length but not much volume. I've never had this clump on me, which is gooood. Although, it seems like it's slowly drying up on me because the application isn't as smooth as when I fist bought it. I don't know if it's just me or what, but eh. It's not a problem really. (:

Eyeliner -Revlon - ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen
vagueparade 12/14/2010 10:04:00 PM
I like to use this as an easy 30-second eyeliner when I don't feel like using my gel liner. I have it in black, and the color isn't completely opaque but it's still pretty dark. My lids can get pretty oily, so if I don't powder over them when I wear this, I might get a bit of transfer by the end of the day. I've had it for 3 or 4 months and it hasn't dried out yet, so that's pretty legit. I don't have any big problems with this and it's easy to use so I'm not complaining. (:

Sunscreen -Unlisted Brand - IQQU - Advance Sunscreen SPF 35 UVA/UVB
vagueparade 10/11/2010 4:16:00 PM
A friend of mine told me about this girl on youtube that had a 'good' skincare line, and I got this for my birthday from her. Although it was a bit late, because it didn't ship in time.. it took about a month or so, I think? Anyways, this stuff didn't break me out, but after using it for a week, my skin started feeling really sensitive and it stung a bit, it also turned redder when I put it on. You know, like the top layer of my skin just kinda disappeared, and only raw skin was left. I dunno if that happened, it just kinda felt like that. Anyways, I didn't pay for this product myself but I do find it very expensive, especially for an spf 35 sunscreen. My friend that bought this for me also stopped using hers, apparently. I don't know why, though.

Misc Beauty Tools -Avon - Ergonomic Eyelash Curler
vagueparade 9/7/2010 10:05:00 PM
Super bulky, but the space provided to fit your lashes is too small for my eyes. And it doesn't even create a decent curl compared to my simple tweezerman curler. My lashes are long and straight, and this does absolutely nothing for them..

Skincare - Face -Pro Activ - 3-Step System
vagueparade 7/26/2010 11:58:00 AM
This is one of the first skincare products I've used, and it worked well when I was about 10-13. I recently came back to it because I nothing I was using seemed to help. It worked at first, I used it morning and night for about a week, and then I just kinda forgot to use it for one day. AHH. My acne came back worse than before in just one night. Agh. Also, if you have any kind of redness/blemishes, the moisturizer really highlights it and brings it out. ): Dissapointing.

Hair Color -Manic Panic - Temporary Hair dye
vagueparade 7/22/2010 10:49:00 PM
Some people don't understand that this dye isn't permanent! It's only supposed to last a short amount of time, although I've noticed that some pink/red/purple colours can stain blonde hair, but that's no biggie. :p I LOVE manic panic, it's always my go-to when I want a weird colour or if I have a different colouring disaster.. haha.

Treatments -Organix - Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum
vagueparade 7/15/2010 2:54:00 PM
This is alright. I don't have frizzy hair really, but after bleaching my hair twice in the same week (BAD idea), I needed something to smooth out my damaged hair.. my friends said this stuff works great for anti-frizz so I figured it was close enough. You really have to make sure you don't use too much of this, the first time I used it, I used about two pumps and concentrated most of it at the ends (my hair's just a lil bit past my shoulders) and my hair looked really greasy (and still fried) after air-drying. So now I just use about one pump and try my best to work it through my hair evenly, rather than using it most at my ends. It doesn't do much for shine, but it helps my hair with moisture and it's really settled down since the bleaching (: Overall, this will do for now. :D

Primer/ Corrector -Avon - MagiX Face Perfector
vagueparade 7/15/2010 1:06:00 PM
I bought this hoping it would simply fill in my pores. It made them look invisible, almost. :D It gives me a perfect lil canvas for my foundation. But it's really hard to squeeze out of the tube. D: It should be in a pot, rather than a tube, I think. But most deff buying again. :D irrelevant: I got bored and started playing with it, and I took a lil bit and put it on my earlobes and it filled in the hole where it's pieced. o: It kinda wowed me. haha.
