A long time ago, as a teenager, I used to love the smell of a Gap fragrance called Grass. For some odd reason, this reminds me of that one crossed with Marc Jacobs Daisy. I don't know why, but those two always pop into mind when I first spray this. I like Daisy a lot, but I love this much more. It is softer yet lasts throughout the day and even into the night. I love this.
To me, for some reason, this smells very close to a perfume from the 80's called Tabu, that may or may not be around anymore. It used to be a brownish colored perfume that came in a straight, clear bottle with a black cap. Maybe it is just my nose playing tricks on me, but to me, this smells exactly like that. Tabu used to seem to always smell nice on other people, but not on me. I think the same holds true for this one.
Styling Products -Paul Mitchell - ExpressStyle Round Trip Liquid Curl Definer

This product did produce immediate curls, but for me it was very drying. Later in the day the curls were all gone, replaced with frizzy straw. Plus, the smell reminds me of lemons mixed with pipe tobacco. For my hair, I like Super Sculpt so much better than this. My hair is dry to begin with, though.
Not only does this smell gorgeous and last all day, but it is also made by a company that I now greatly respect: Chanel DOES NOT test on animals! Yay! I have recently been educated in this disgusting and unnecessary practice and as a result, this has become important to me. I can easily justify treating myself (or someone else) when I know my money is going to a company with this testing policy. Furthermore, Environmental Working Group's website puts this really high up on the list for safe fragrances. Whenever I wear this, at least 1 person will say, "MMM, you smell so good." I'm glad other people like it, too. I am seriously considering getting rid of all of my other perfumes and only wearing this one; it can be worn day and night and in all seasons. My other fragrances just don't seem to have the quality/depth/lasting power that this one does. I am so glad I found this!
This is truly a gorgeous peachy-pink color and it really is so uplifting to see your face come alive when you first apply it in the morning. But, unfortunately, it quickly fades away, which is why I won't repurchase. It's too bad, because this color is so pretty. Personally, I am looking for something I can put on in the morning, like my Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner, and go the entire day without re-applying or even thinking about what's on my face. Maybe this is just wishful thinking for a blush, but I just don't have time to apply makeup during my hectic work day. I think I will try out the BB blush next, since their eyeliner wears like iron.
This fragrance is very nice and refreshing in the summer, although I have worn it during the fall and winter months and have loved it then, too. It is not overpowering, but lasts a long time on me. It used to remind me of flowers, but now it reminds me of "wateriness," if there is such a word. (I am far from being an expert on fragrance descriptions.) This morning I sprayed this on in the bedroom and then walked back in later and the room smelled soooo good! Wearing this always lifts my spirits without causing a headache. Definitely a keeper.
Mascara -Cover Girl - Professional Super Thick Lash Mascara

I have bought lots of mascaras, both low and high end, and nothing has worked for me as much as this mascara. This is a great product that's easily found in drugstores and even grocery stores. I bought it in black and it really creates separation and length on my lashes. I like the fact that you can apply many coats and build up the drama, or apply just a few for a more subtle look. I like the red tube because it's easy to find in my makeup bag. So many mascaras run down my face by the end of the day, giving me the racoon look, but this one does not budge AT ALL and it's not even waterproof!
I'm not really impressed with this mascara. It really doesn't give any "oomph" to my eyes, and I bought it in the blackest black color. It doesn't curl anything and it doesn't separate better than any other mascara. The one nice thing about it is that it doesn't smudge at all. Other than that, this is very "blah" mascara.
Wow! This cleanser saves me so much time at night because it thoroughly removes all of my makeup, including eye makeup, while washing my face at the same time. I've been using Cetaphil or Noxema for years and would always need to first remove my makeup with eye makeup remover. Now that I don't need to buy a separate eye makeup remover, I guess this cleanser is saving me money, too! I actually like how this smells and my eyes are usually sensitive, but this does not bother them. Great buy in my opinion.
I just ordered received this yesterday in the mail. After reading all of the reviews on how this can look clown-like if you use too much, I was very careful to apply 3 dots and quickly rub in. I was surprised to see no color! So, I applied 3 more. And 3 more. And 3 more. Finally, it showed up in a nice, subtle way. This is a beautiful color. I was puzzled that I had to use so much more than other reviewers and still only got a subtle color. So, I read the ingredients. The Sephora website lists the wrong ingredients for this product, because here is what my box says: Water, Polysorbate 20, Carmine (CI 75470), Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hydroxide, Methylparaben, Tetrasodium EDTA, Maltodextrin. It appears they must have changed the ingredients? Anyway, this stuff is great!
This fragrance always lifts my spirits and has a refreshingly light, clean smell. It sort of reminds me of Tommy Girl but is much lighter and maybe not as green-teaish as the Tommy Girl? It is a fragrance that is nice year round and gets compliments on a regular basis. Nice, fresh and always appropriate.
