Turned my hair into a sticky mess even if if made beautiful looser curls. Those beautiful curls were just pretty to look at but not to touch. I won't repurchase and it's going back.

Liquid -NARS - Sheer Glow Foundation

This is a really nice foundation that gives you a healthy non shimmery glow (think Jennifer Aniston's glow). I have oily/combo skin. The finish is velvet, not dewy/sticky, not mat. It can look masky once applied but then it just "sets" the following minutes, letting your natural complexion shine through. You don't need too much also, a little goes along the away. I set it with MAC Finishing translucent powder and the Mist Spray: BAM: I get Red Carpet's natural glow. It's totally worth the price to me. It feels good when you touch your skin. It's not longwear though but you still look somewhat made-up at the end of the day. My color: Nars Sheer Glow in Macao (almost perfect, a tad ashy). Can be solved with MAC MSF ( I use the one in Dark) More info that could help: I wear/have tried/worn: MAC Studio Tech NC50 (tad muddy greyish on me)+MAC Studio Fix 43 (tad reddish/ashy on me), MAC Pro Longwear NC50 and NC45 (too pinkish, muddy), Estee Lauder Double Wear Liquid Foundation in Rich Ginger and Truffle mixed together (tad ashy), MUFE in 175 (HD) too ashy, MUFE Face and Body Liquid Foundation in 44 and 18 mixed together (ashy), Smashbox in Dark 1 (just ok), MAC skinfinish mineralzed in Dark, Revlon Colorstay for Combo Oily Skin in 2/3 Caramel and 1/3 Cappucino (just ok but best texture of all foundations), I also tried Clinique, Chanel and Iman but I can't remember my colors but it was just ok. Black Opal in Nutmeg (nice color match but mad transfer). Cover Girl Queen Collection Foundation compact in 515 Almond Glow and Liquid in 715 Almond Glow: this is my perfect exact incredible match.has the right dose/amount of yellow.

Liquid -Make Up For Ever - Face & Body Foundation

I wanted this to work but this foundation basically melted off my skin like a mask. Just awful. I had foundaion patches at the end of the day.(I use a primer and a setting translucent powder so no this is not the problem). It looked great the first 2 hours they BAM: titanic, sinking face. At the MUFE store in NYC they give you the matching pumps for free (even if you bought the foundation at Sephora) so the absence of pump can be easily solved. I had to mix #18 and #44 in order to get a color close to my complexion (but it still wasn't perfect) More info that could help: I wear/have tried/worn: MAC Studio Tech NC50 (tad muddy greyish on me)+MAC Studio Fix 43 (tad reddish/ashy on me), MAC Pro Longwear NC50 and NC45 (too pinkish, muddy), Nars Sheer Glow in Macao (almost perfect), Estee Lauder Double Wear Liquid Foundation in Rich Ginger and Truffle mixed together (tad ashy), MUFE in 175 (HD) too ashy, MUFE Face and Body Liquid Foundation in 44 and 18 mixed together (ashy), Smashbox in Dark 1 (just ok), MAC skinfinish mineralzed in Dark, Revlon Colorstay for Combo Oily Skin in 2/3 Caramel and 1/3 Cappucino (just ok but best texture of all foundations), I also tried Clinique, Chanel and Iman but I can't remember my colors but it was just ok. Black Opal in Nutmeg (nice color match but mad transfer). Cover Girl Queen Collection Foundation compact in 515 Almond Glow and Liquid in 715 Almond Glow: this is my perfect exact incredible match. It is as if it was custom made. It has the right dose/amount of yellow I can't find in any other high brand. It looks as if I have nothing on.

This is really surpringly good. Nice natural coverage that makes me look naturally airbrushed, like I have nothing on. I set it with MAC Translucent Finishing powder and Studio Mist Spray, some MAC MSF in Dark and I'm set for all day. Colorstay is of course more transferless and longewear. But the color is so much better with this. About me: I wear/have tried/worn: MAC Studio Tech NC50 (tad muddy greyish on me)+MAC Studio Fix 43 (tad reddish/ashy on me), MAC Pro Longwear NC50 and NC45 (too pinkish, muddy), Nars Sheer Glow in Macao (almost perfect), Estee Lauder Double Wear Liquid Foundation in Rich Ginger and Truffle mixed together (tad ashy), MUFE in 175 (HD) too ashy, MUFE Face and Body Liquid Foundation in 44 and 18 mixed together (ashy), Smashbox in Dark 1 (just ok), MAC skinfinish mineralzed in Dark, Revlon Colorstay for Combo Oily Skin in 2/3 Caramel and 1/3 Cappucino (just ok but best texture of all foundations), I also tried Clinique, Chanel and Iman but I can't remember my colors but it was just ok. It's now my HG for winter...the texture won't be able to handle NYC's heat! I use it with MUFE Extreme Concealer in 18 to cover my marks and keep my foundation application light and naturel. I have pretty god skin but some dark marks on my cheeks. I set it with MAC translucent finishing powder and I look airbrushly natural. I know I'm a MU snob but THIS is better than a lot of higher end brand I've tried. (ps: why do some ladies here think MAC is the Saint Holy brand????)

Concealers -MAC - Pro Longwear concealer

I'm NC50 in the foundation shade. I tried NC45 and NW40 (NW45 being too dark-orange for me) for my concealer and they both gave me a greyish "halo" which accentuted my dark circles. The texture is not bad but could be drying for some. I liked the texture better than the select and finish, which were cakey on me (but they never gave me that greyish shade) BUT this greyish color is THE good reason that made me return it. ODD, ODD, ODD.

Liquid -MAC - Pro Longwear Foundation

IMO, this is the best MAC foundation and concealer texture wise hands down . It feels like a 100%better version of Revlon Colorstay. It's not liquidy or too cakey or too mat. The finish is velvety. You can build the coverage to your liking. It will leave your skin only when you'll decide, which means that their longwear claim is 100% true. And yes it gives you a subtle glow without you looking greasy. The texture is not overly mat. It is really natural and beautiful on the skin. If you have have dry skin, it is not for you. Yes it does not transfer (now no make-up on my phones, papers at work, hubby's shirts, etc). I looked good after NYC heavy rains and my workouts. Now colorwise, they really need to add some colors. They have less colors than their other lines. The NCs are not yellow enough IMO (they look more pinkish on my skin). The colors look slightly different from the regular MAC foundations. The NWs are redder (but lightly lighter)... well on my skin. But if the colors work for you well I doubt you'll look back or look for something else. They did a great job on this one though. More info: I wear/have tried/worn: MAC Studio Tech NC50 (tad muddy greyish on me)+MAC Studio Fix 43 (tad reddish/ashy on me), MAC Pro Longwear NC50 and NC45 (too pinkish, muddy), Nars Sheer Glow in Macao (almost perfect), Estee Lauder Double Wear Liquid Foundation in Rich Ginger and Truffle mixed together (tad ashy), MUFE in 175 (HD) too ashy, MUFE Face and Body Liquid Foundation in 44 and 18 mixed together (ashy), Smashbox in Dark 1 (just ok), MAC skinfinish mineralzed in Dark, Revlon Colorstay for Combo Oily Skin in 2/3 Caramel and 1/3 Cappucino (just ok colorwise), I also tried Clinique, Chanel and Iman but I can't remember my colors but it was just ok. Concealers -Make Up For Ever - Full Cover Concealer
umie 9/12/2010 10:49:00 PM
Perfect coverage for any type of scars on your face. It stays on till you decide to remove it. I even do not need foundation anymore using this. Just my MAC MSF on top and I'm good to go. I look like I have NO make-up on, just even skin.:) No break out or irritation. BUT DO NOT USE IT as undereye concealer: It accentuates all your fine lines, it is drying, it makes you look very sick or very old.

Reading the previous comments I am seriously wondering if I bought the same product! The horrible smell????The heavy coverage???The obvious make-up wearing???What are you all talking about??? I believe it's all about your application technique. You can get a very light to a moderately heavy coverage. I have all the MAC, MUFE, some Estee L, Cinique foundations (powder, liquid). This product is one of the best hands down for a cheaper price. My face doesn't get easily "blurry" anymore because of excessive oil. I do not have to touch up my foundation during the day...some oil blotting and this because I am used to doing it and NOT because I NEED it! Zero break out, I actually break out less!:) Let's not forget that we are all unique. So nothing is supposed to work for everybody. On me, this foundation worked great now who know how your skin is going to be reacting to this?:) More info: I wear/have tried/worn: MAC Studio Tech NC50 (tad muddy greyish on me)+MAC Studio Fix 43 (tad reddish/ashy on me), MAC Pro Longwear NC50 and NC45 (too pinkish, muddy), Nars Sheer Glow in Macao (almost perfect), Estee Lauder Double Wear Liquid Foundation in Rich Ginger and Truffle mixed together (tad ashy), MUFE in 175 (HD) too ashy, MUFE Face and Body Liquid Foundation in 44 and 18 mixed together (ashy), Smashbox in Dark 1 (just ok), MAC skinfinish mineralzed in Dark, Revlon Colorstay for Combo Oily Skin in 2/3 Caramel and 1/3 Cappucino (best texture/hold of all foundations), I also tried Clinique, Chanel and Iman but I can't remember my colors but it was just ok. I loooooooooooooooooooooove this shamppo. It was 3 bucks at target so I said "Why not?". The reviews here were deceiving...I used Therappee and loved it...I loved this one as well...My hair felt so smooth, sleek, soft, as if I had used a conditionner. No dryness...I love love love it! It looks like a thick gel but it is really a moisturizing shampoo!

I have mixed feelings about this conditioner. My hair feels OK but for the price I'm disappointed (I got this 1/2 at Target but if i had paid the full price I would be so pissed....lol)...and WTH is that smell? What were they thinking? Suave Professionals smoth does a better job but the ingredients are better in this detangler. So .....mixed feelings!
