Lipstick -Rimmel - Moisture Renew - Nude Delight
ul28 6/13/2012 1:06:00 AM
Amazing peachy nude colour, actually the only nude that looks flattering on me, and I have tried a lot! I do not think the reviews for this are fair, I have spent 3 times the price in high end lipsticks that performed much worse than this one! I am just grateful to have this, and will be exploring more Rimmel lippies.

Eye Shadow -Chanel - Illusion d'Ombre

How gorgeous can these eyeshadows be? I really tried to ignore them, but made the mistake of trying Ebloui. Too bad: had to buy it immediately. Then I went back and got Emmerveille. Then I went back and got Illusoire. Then I went back and got Fantasme. Then I decided to stay away from Chanel until next year (which is now, lol! I love all of them, but especially Ebloui since it pulls the green out of my eyes, and Fantasme, which was all I wore in my eyes (thin over black eyeliner with tons of mascara and false lashes) to my last Christmas party. I have never had so many compliments, simply stunning!

Lip Gloss -Christian Dior - Lip Polish Smoothing Lacquer 003
ul28 12/15/2011 7:36:00 AM
This gloss is amazing. I have been using it non stop since I bought it 2 weeks ago, and that has never happened to me before. Let me tell you why do you need this in your life: This is more than a gloss, this is a lip/face beautifyer. I have very dry lips in winter, so anything I put on my lips looks terrible and makes them even drier. Except this. This creates transforms the dryness into gorgeousness, makes full, soft lips while redefining its contour (yes, my lips are aging too, upppsss!) This colour is like a peachy coral in the tube, a bit sheer when you put in on, subtle but sooooo polished (hence the name?). The only con is of course the price. I mean: hello?? 31,50 Euro? (41 $) are you kidding me, Mr. Dior??? And seriously: do we need this rolling applicator? mmm, I don't think so! OK, not only I forgive you, I am also going to get the nude one. Please all of you women with dry lips and sad about it: try this!

Mascara -Essence - hypno gloss 3 in 1
ul28 12/3/2011 12:08:00 PM
I absolutely looove this mascara!! I have Dior Diorshow, Chanel Inimitable and a couple more high end ones getting bored (and dry, and useless) in my drawer. I wear this everyday for the most beautiful, long, black and foremost NATURAL lashes ever! No matter how much you bild up, it doesn't clump and still looks natural. I often get asked if I have false lashes on, simply fantastic! EDIT: how sad it is that this has been discontinued? I have no words!

Hair Styling Tools -GHD - IV Styler (all sizes)
ul28 4/14/2011 8:19:00 AM
There is only one thing you need for 4S hair (sleek, straight, shinny, sexy) : THIS!!! If you don't have the money, beg, pray, steel, whatever, but you need a GHD in your life if you are a female person (all of us should be born with one of this, even Goldilocks, when she grows up). Seriously, how can I have lived 38 years without it? No idea. Anyways, I have very thick and coarse hair, over the shoulder and seriously damaged after a highlighting disaster (went through almost the whole colour spectrum), but still, this has changed the way my hair feels. I blow almost dry with my Rowenta Brush Active and finish up with a few strokes of my GHD. Pure sultry perfection! I often get asked what I have done to look younger, lol! It's kind of going from Prince Charming to Jessica Rabbit in terms of hair. To sum up in 3 words: get. this. now!

Treatments -Aveda - Damage Remedy Restructuring Treatment
ul28 4/14/2011 7:39:00 AM
This is a hair-saver, a miracle, a ray of sunny hope in the damaged hair cloudy sky ! I used to have very easy going nice healthy thick hair which never complained about being agressively highlighted every 2 months, he just went on shinning happily... But last month, after a very unfortunate chain of disaster-colouring events, all of them my fault, of course, he gave up and began to commit suicide. The short version: my hair went from highlighted to orange, then to green, then to dark green, and then, all hope lost, to Aveda salon, where I was seriously told off and then finally got my original highlights again. Looks like nothing happened, but almost every coat (and probably his very little soul) of my hair is seriously terribly damaged. This is the only product that doesn't leave it like an old dry washing mop (no Kerastase, no Fekkai, no shampoo or conditioner from the same Aveda line, which are horrible, by the way!!). Please try this if you are thinking about shaving your head after a very unfortunate chain of disater-colouring events. Don't give up hope! I even use my GHD again, and I can even see a shy attempt of shine, lol!!

Eyeliner -MAC - Pearlglide Intense Eye Liner in Black Line
ul28 3/18/2011 1:01:00 PM
This is the only liner in pencil shape that I like, I have tried UD 24/7, Guerlain´s Loose Kohl and so many others, but always go back to this one. It lasts AGES on my waterline and tightline, ok, I put on several coats of this and don´t worry about the edges smudging a little bit, it makes it all even more sexy-messy... The color on me is basically black with some gold sparkles and some olive green, which brings out the green bits in my brown eyes. Warning: this is too sultry, too gorgeous, too flirty, this makes let-me-get-you-a-drink-please-please kind of eyes...

Lip Gloss -MAC - Liberty of London_ Perennial High Style
ul28 3/18/2011 12:43:00 PM
This looked so pretty standing there,a lovely pinky peachy happy-but-soft color, but on me it is too bright and artificial, I look like a drag queen! I guess on a faired-skinned-cooled -toned lady it would be much nicer. I wished we could do the "give-things-back--to-Mac-because-I-don´t-like-them-not-because-they´re- empty" here in Germany...

Fragrances -Christian Dior - Diorissimo
ul28 3/18/2011 12:15:00 PM
This is the only fragance I have finished and repurchased. Last time I was 17 years old and so excited to buy something with a Christian Dior label smelling gorgeously like jasmine. I remember how simply pretty and feminine, and grown up it made me feel... (can´t help smiling, oh, has it rained since then ;) !!! 21 years later I still feel simply pretty, feminine, and a little bit young, smelling gorgeously like jasmine...

Lip Gloss -MAC - Plushglass in Big Kiss
ul28 3/18/2011 9:14:00 AM
This is my first Plushglass and my first review here, (finally! ;) I have dry lips in winter and eventhough I like the "go back to lipstick" trend, I always end up using gloss cause I feel my lips like them more these days. This gloss is more moisturizing than other Mac glosses, and yes, stickier, but hence longer lasting. I like the tingling feeling, it does something to my lips, but no, not in the Angelina Jolie way (luckily). The color is gorgeous, a natural peach with a lovely shimmer, so polished, so "face warming". I would recomend this for any warm-color-gloss-lover out there.
