Conditioner -L'Oreal - Advanced Haircare - Total Repair 5
uhlizubeth 4/13/2013 12:29:00 PM
I do not have damaged hair but I buy "repair" conditioners like this because I love rich creamy moisturizing conditioners. This stuff dried my hair out pretty badly, then I read the ingredients and saw that alcohol is one of the first, this stuff will be HORRIBLE on damaged hair. Please aim for different drugstore conditioners like herbal essences or Aussie if you want moisture.

Bronzers -Too Faced - Milk Chocolate Soleil
uhlizubeth 3/27/2013 11:36:00 PM
I got milk chocolate bronzer because I planned on having at least a little bit of color during spring break. This product did just that. I use is around my temples and as a blush. I am very fair so I use just a tiny bit and blend it as much as I can. Expensive, but I did not want to risk having a muddy or orange face. It smells wonderful too :)

Moisturizers -Vaseline - Petroleum Jelly
uhlizubeth 3/23/2013 7:32:00 PM
I really hate to burst your bubbles but I'll explain why my review is bad. If you want softer lips or skin, to seal in moisture, grow your eyelashes etc. I don't think a petroleum product is what you need. Let me recruit you to the Extra Virgin Coconut Oil review section on makeupalley. Coconut oil has identical reviews and claims as vaseline. The difference is that it actually DOES heal and moisturize, it's not greasy, smells great and it's much much better for a person to have near their face/ eyes or on their skin than Vaseline. Please consider.

Mascara -Hard Candy - Ginormous Lash Volumizing Mascara
uhlizubeth 2/9/2013 9:29:00 PM
This mascara made my eyelashes look crazy perfect, I'm serious. Freakishly long and thick. The only catch is that the packaging SUCKS. When it rolls, it falls, then it cracks and breaks instantly.I love this mascara but the only reason that I haven't repurchased it is because of my own clumsiness after breaking THREE tubes. I'm so shocked that it's not raved about like l'oreal or maybelline mascaras. This stuff made my lashes look way better than any other.

Hair Styling Tools -Unlisted Brand - Tangle Teezer
uhlizubeth 2/3/2013 11:56:00 PM
I want to shake hands with the creator of the TT. I have baby fine hair but A LOT of it. My hair tangles so horribly that I have to resort to cutting out knots with scissors sometimes. The TT has helped me so much. I've always been told to use a wide toothed comb but those are so useless on my nest of hair, they just get stuck in it and don't pull out any knots at all. The tangle teezer runs through my hair so much easier than any other brush. I just comb one small section at a time and no hair is ripped out.

Conditioner -Clairol - Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturizing Conditioner

I always come back to this conditioner because it always works and it's really easy to find. It smells good and keeps my hair from being very tangly. I just bought a big bottle so I'll be using it for a while

Conditioner -Dove - Nourishing Oil Care Conditioner

Whenever I want to "treat" my hair I use this since the bottles aren't small and it isn't completely dirt cheap. I just wish it came in bigger bottles.

Eye Shadow -Milani - Rich Chocolate

I've been looking everywhere for a cheap, dark, matte brown eyeshadow and this is exactly that. My only complaint is that it's hard to open.

Misc Beauty Tools -E.L.F. - Mechanical Eyelash Curler
uhlizubeth 2/3/2013 11:26:00 PM
I despise this curler. I own two eyelash curlers, this one ($1.00) and a Revlon one ($2.00). My Revlon one isn't bulky, doesn't pinch me or pull out my eyelashes, creates a better curl and is much easier to use. I think the extra dollar is worth it.

Mascara -Maybelline - Lash Discovery Mascara

If this mascara didn't wear off I'd literally never buy any different mascara again. It's so close to being a holy grail. It coats my lashes so perfectly! Maybe it needs a new formula?

Blush -Physicians Formula - Happy Booster™ Glow & Mood Boosting Blush in Natural
uhlizubeth 2/3/2013 11:14:00 PM
I felt so pretty and "natural" when I put this on. My cheeks were fresh and glowing, it smelt good and I was convinced this was going to become a favorite. Then.. I saw myself in a window reflection. SHIMMERY mess. I don't mind a little shimmer but I looked like Edward. I still wear this in the winter when the sun it's not bouncing off of all the sparkles. I will not be repurchasing when it's finished.

Lipstick -Maybelline - Color Sensational - Born With It
uhlizubeth 2/3/2013 11:08:00 PM
My lips are not meant to look bright pink and frosty. This color is unflattering on everyone. I bought this hoping for another "mlbb" shade but it looks terribly cheap. The very first lipstick that I bought in middle school from the dollar store looked just like it.
