Even though my hair is wavy and dry, washing with this shampoo makes it feel dirty very quickly. I usually can get second day hair, but not with this. My scalp feels oily.
Ugh! My hair hated this. Color treated thick dry and wavy hair. I knew when I was blow drying that I would hate the results. Looked dried out and a bit frizzy. The next day it looked greasy and thin. Didn't use much at all so I didn't over do it. Not sure why this gets the love! Sticking with Miracle 7 which works well for me

Works great especially after clarifying. I left it in 10 min with a plastic cap. Great moisture with no protein!

Works amazingly well in my crazy hard water! My hair is wavy dry and color treated. I only need a very small amount for shoulder length thick hair. Does Not strip!!! I repeat, does not leave my hair squeaky and stripped!!!! Low ph helps seal the cuticle. My liter is going to last a long time. Great value. Highly recommend.
I dig this conditioner. The full name is My Pretty Hair is Parched. Works very well to detangle and actually moisturize, not coat my hair. For reference, my hair is wavy, color treated, and dry
Love this as a deep treatment. After shampooing I towel dry then add this conditioner very generously. Cover w a plastic cap and leave in 30 min with heat. I either use my dryer to heat or take a damp towel, microwave it, then use it as a turban. Repeat the microwaving and turbaning a few times to keep the heat going. Excellent results!

I have thick wavy 2b hair. I agree with the other reviewers, this does not have the power to dry your hair from very wet to a finished style. BUT that's not how I use it. I use a round brush and regular dryer to dry my hair first. Then I use this on the outer (canopy) sections to smooth them perfectly. I also use this on my long bangs. Using this I get a super perfect smooth look. No flat iron needed.
My hair is color treated, 2b wavy, and dry. Up until a few weeks back I was using joico color therapy, constantly convinced that my hair was damaged. The outer layer was always roughed up looking, and I recently cut off 2 inches because the ends looked so bad. I had tried moisturizing conditioners and masks, but they only helped a bit. Enter this amazing stuff: omg. I am using the matching shampoo and also alternating with the balm. Total transformation. My hair was dry, not seriously damaged before. It is now supple, moisturized, smooth, shiny. I am blown away.
Very impressed with Revitaluxe. I had damaged areas on my ends and back of my hair. This stuff took care of it with one use and left it smooth and super shiny. Does not build up or coat my hair. For reference I have 2b color treated hair.

Did absolutely nothing to protect from frizz. Used as directed, blow dried straight and flat ironed. Added more before heading out to walk my dog around the block in the humidity. Super frizzy when I got back. This is going back to Sephora.
I bought this in the travel set so that I could get the elasticizer. I held off on trying this, because my hair is wavy and generally dry. It also gets god awful tangles after washing. However, this shampoo is really great for my hair! It leaves is super clean but not at all stripped and straw like. The matching conditioner does a great job of detangling. My hair is super shiny and has body after using.
I have 2b-c hair, color treated and fairly dry. For whatever reason, the back of my hair always felt "crispy". I assumed this was dryness and tried all kinds of moisturizing treatments to fix it. Worked slightly, but not completely. I decided to give aphogee a shot, thinking maybe protein was what my hair needed. I think it is fairly easy to apply this, I focused on the damaged parts and then used a blow dryer to get it completely hardened. The scent is not pleasant, but not killer either. Then I rinsed and applied Matrix Biolage Cera repair hydratherapie (in the vials) and kept that on for 20 min and rinsed. My hair was dramatically smoother. I now do aphogee every 4 weeks or so. Highly Recommend!!

I am really liking this conditioner for my 2b-c color treated hair! Cheap and good! I get very good detangling with this and no buildup. Adds just the right amount of moisture too. It's great to find silicone-free conditioning at the drugstore.

Way better than using a cheapie conditioner like V05 to co-wash. Leaves my hair much cleaner than that- I alternate this with a sulfate free poo and love the results. Works great in hard water!

A great silicone free conditioner! Detangles, smoothes, moisturizes. This stuff is nearly perfect and as a bonus, smells great!
