I think this cleanser is fantastic! I have been using this for just over 2 months now with great results. My skin looks clearer and I have less break-outs. My skin is dry-normal and my fiance has oily skin, and this cleanser works for both of us! Major points as I don't have to fit two bottles in my shower! It smells amazing, you only need the tiniest bit and you get amazing foam, removes all my make-up and washes away very clean with no residue. With two people using this daily, after 2 months we haven't even hit the halfway mark. It is a bit drying, but I find most cleansers a bit drying - just use a moisturizer. I will repurchase!

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Sandstone soap

Wow. I can't find one thing wrong with this scrubby little buddy of a soap. I LOVE the sand mixed throughout the bar. The super lemony smell is lovely but doesn't linger much. I like to scrub the crap outta myself and in the end I am soooooo soft. Works great for the ass and thigh area where I always seem to be bumpy and dry. Rinses so clean and I never find sand in the bottom of the tub after showering. Its not much to look at compared to most LUSH products, but I can look beyond its ugliness. This is now rivaling Snowcake for my favourite LUSH soap. This soap doesn't melt as fast as some LUSH soaps can which is always a bonus in my books. Definate repurchase.

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - B-Electro

I am reviewing the B Electro Shower Gel. This is my new favourite shower gel that LUSH offers. I had tried the soap and I really liked it too - then it was discontinued. The main difference between the shower gel and the soap is I find the shower gel to have an almost creamy scent. The soap was a bit more 'in your face'. The lather of this gel is amazingly soft and creamy. The colour is GREAT (super lime green). The texture is a bit like the Butterball shower gel (LE) as it's thick and slime like. The scent stays on my body long after I have washed. Not runny as alot of LUSH gels can be (I am looking at you, Olive Branch!!!). I totally smell the rose, fennel and a touch of grapefruit. The grapefruit is certainly not the prominent note. Its Lush's more unusual scents that intrigue me far more than lets say ... another boring citrus scent. Unfortunately this is limited edition so I am stocking up! Another note: This makes the most fantastic shampoo! I use this with Veganese and I can still smell the B Electro when my hair dries... even 2 days later. Awesome.

Shave Products -LUSH - Razorantium

I always feel so-so about LUSH shaving products. They all seem to clog your razor - yet leave you with incredibly soft skin afterwards. This was no exception. I didn't mind the smell at all, I actually enjoyed it. Quite light and non-offensive. A little goes a long way and its very rich and creamy. Left me with a very close shave and comfortable, soft legs. It did however clog my razor beyond belief. I know, I know, rinse with really hot water... I did. It didn't work. It never does. I use pretty pricey razors and I simply cannot afford to replace them everytime I shave (were talking $4 a pop here!). This has ended my journey with LUSH shaving products.

Lotions/ Creams -LUSH - Charity Pot

I received a large sample of Charity Pot with my recent LUSH UK order. This is a really moisturizing formula. I used it on my dry legs and arms and they felt amazing afterwards. There was a bit of a greasy film but it soaked in within 15 mins. I would buy this in a heartbeat of only... IT SMELLED BETTER. Peeeeeuw. Yuck. It started to give me a headache. I find this scent very offensive and strong. If this lotion was waaaaay lighter in scent I might find it tolerable. I tossed the rest of the sample immediately!! Really unfortunate as I like this formula!

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Sea Vegetable Soap

I really wish LUSH would switch back to the old soap formula as the new one is sub-par. With that said... I really like the fresh limey-lavender sea smell. I definately pick up a touch of seaweed smell but I live on an Island so maybe I am used to it. The colour is gorgeous!!! I find it does not lather well (could be the new base) at all unless I am using really hot water to 'melt it'. If they switch the formula back to the old one I would probably pick up another bar. Until then, this is a no repurchase.

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Love Soap

This is a pretty little heart shaped soap with glitter on top. (LE for Valentines Day, I believe) I received this as an extra in a swap and I find it delightful! Smells just like Sex Bomb to me and laters wonderfully. I didn't notice it making my skin 'ashy' - just clean, soft and smelling good. The glitter was a little scratchy so I cut off whatever remained after the first use. If these popped up again I would definately buy a few.

I agree with a previous reviewer that this is like cobalt and periwinkle mixed together. Its is a really nice, original colour. Funny enough I was shopping for a new summer color and my boy spotted this one. At $2.50 CDN I picked it up. No shimmer - pure creme. It has a pretty decent brush on it, flat and wide. Applies like a dream! I applied one very thin coat and let that dry and then went in for a second. Dried in 15 mins and left me with perfect, shiny, opaque toenails. I would buy it again in a second. What a bargin!

I picked this up at Winners in Canada. It works quite well for disinfecting brushes and it smells pretty good too (a bit strong though). It is made of mostly alcohol. I do not use it for spot cleaning, instead I use it after I have washed my brushes. I wash 'em, shake them, and then spritz them. No crusty residue when dry either. Leaves my brushes soft and smelling good. I am not sure if I will repurchase as this is JUST a bottle of good smelling rubbing alcohol BUT I will finish the bottle. Paid $4.99CDN.

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Grass Shower Gel

Well as one might expect - this is very grassy. I smell grass and citrus scent mixed with a bit of sandalwood. The colour is a beautiful translucent green and the gel itself is quite thick. This scent might be nice on a man but it is not for me. Truth be told, I bought this for my guy and he isn't into it at all (he is a die-hard Tramp fan). I have heard this compared to Tramp but I don't find the two similar at all. You MUST like the smell of fresh cut grass to like this (obvious, right?). I think there will be lots of people who really LOVE this - just not me.

Bronzers -LUSH - Charlotte Island Body Tint

First off - I think this smells terrible. It claims to be 'fruity' but I don't really smell any fruit at all. I smell a strange cocoa butter scent mixed with starch smell. I also detect a bit of banana and perhaps a touch of patchouli. Not as bad as most self tanners but not great either. The scent isn't terribly strong and I find the scent wears off as the day goes by. The colour is pretty darn natural. Well, except for all those shimmers. I didn't think there would be any shimmers so that came as a surprise. I was secretly hoping I could convince my boy to use a touch of this on his face, but no way would he touch shimmery lotion! They are quite fine and not overly noticable unless you stare at them. I use this on my legs mostly as they never seem to retain any sort of tan. I have used this on my arms with great results. I have yet to try this on my face but chances are I will stick with NARS Laguna for that purpose. I slapped it on when I first received it and it seemed to highlight all the hair on my legs and 'ball up' a bit. I used it the next day on fresh, moisturized, shaven legs and it looked gorgeous. I will use this bottle for the summer and see if I will repurchase. One of the better self tanners I have used. I could see this working on a wide range of skintones as it is subtle, yet buildable. EDIT: I was playing tennis the other day and noticed this was creasing in my 'elbow pit' - for lack of a better word. Like, brown lines. Not hot at all. I think I will keep searching for something I can use on my arms without creases. Still works amazing for legs though.

This is the perfect citrus shower gel! It smells of lime lollipops with a touch of lemon. Nice fresh citrus scent without being too strong or sharp smelling. Really thick and foams up really nicely. Doesn't feel moisturizing afterward, but doesn't leave my skin tight feeling. I would definately recommend this if you are a lime lover.

I am really loving this right now! As the warm weather approaches I decided I needed to track down a tinted moisturizer. I noticed TheBalm has started selling products in Canada now. I found this line at Rexall and London Drugs. I sampled light-medium and medium shades and decided to go for light-medium. The coverage is way better than I had expected so I am delighted with that aspect. The colour is perfect and I haven't noticed any colour shift as the day goes on. It is a fairly large tube IMO at 2.25 fl oz. I have fairly dry skin so the added moisture is a bonus (I still apply moisturizer before this). The sunscreen element is great (SPF 18), my skin really likes it, and my face looks brighter and more even with this on. Never shiny or greasy looking. The one weird thing about this product was the tube it came in. 'SPF 18' was crossed out where ever it was written on the tube. That freaked me out a little bit so I contacted the company to ask what was up. The emailed me back the same day with this explaination. I was very impressed with the timely reply! "Our product does in fact contain SPF 18, however in Canada Sun Protection is considered a drug and we are waiting to have this approved in Canada before we can legally claim the sun protection. This is why we have to legally mark off of the product until it is accepted by Canada, soon we will not have to mark this off our products." So if you live in Canada - that is why it is crossed out. A bit pricey at $32CDN but I will keep using it if it keeps giving me these results!

Makeup Brushes -NARS - Push Liner Brush 02

Let me start off by saying I really, REALLY love this brush. I do. There are a few problems with it, but lets start with the positive. I love how easy it is to 'stamp' some black eyeshadow into my lashline with this brush. It adds a nice, subtle definition that isn't too sharp. It works great for lining the bottom of the eye as well. Takes two seconds to do, has great impact, and is basically fool-proof. The cons are: white bristles that never seem to get completely clean, after a few washes the ends seem to splay a bit and fluff up, and my ferrule came loose from the handle within 6 months (even with careful washing. I superglued it back on). The splaying and fluffing isn't really a big deal for me, but I know those looking for precision might not be so keen. I don't use it with my fluidlines/gel liners so I can't comment on that. I haven't found a brush I like more for lining with eyeshadow.

I would have to agree with the previous poster. This didn't WOW me either. The scent reminded me of household cleaning products ... but I did like the glitter. Bubbled up really well, but the scent just killed it for me.
