First, let me start by saying, I hardly ever write reviews on a product. When I do, it is because I am strongly compelled to because they are either extremely good, or extremely bad. This shampoo falls into the latter cagegory. It's not just bad, it's so bad that I cannot use it. I, litterally, can barely comb through my hair after using it. "Moisture..." you've got to be kidding me. I don't know what is in this stuff, but it sure surely does not infuse my hair with moisture, in fact, quite the opposite...
Eyeliner -Urban Decay - 24-7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero

This review is intended for Urban Decay 24/7 liner in the color of "zero" only: I LOVE many of the other 24/7 liners...so much so that I bought the 15th anniversary edition (which is a collection of15 24/7 pencils). I am very happy with this purchase, even though one of the colors included is zero, which, so far, is the only one I would omit. I have no idea why the other colors work so well (good staying power) while zero has just that...zero staying power. It smudges/smears terribly, which no one would want, especially in black! I am writing this review to offer this distinction between zero and the other colors of 24/7 pencils. If you have been unhappy with zero, don't let it stop you from trying the other colors, which, in my opinion, are great in every respect.
I have used the old formula of this product for years, not because it's perfect, but because it was as close as I had ever found (and I have tried a lot of others). It moisturized well enough and didn't make my skin break out as so many others have. When I went to repurchase, I was very disappointed to learn that they had changed the formula. I am not just "jumping on the band-wagon here." I did go and purchase (and use) the new version myself before writing this review. As so many others have reported, it now makes my skin break out. I am very much in favor of change and innovation, but I feel they should have left the old version “in tact,” while still offering the new version, thereby leaving loyal customers a “choice” of products. Additionally, I went to the Olay website and e-mailed them twice asking if they were going to bring the old formula back (as I had read in some other reviews) and they have not responded (not even an automatic response). I find this lack of customer service unacceptable. I have e-mailed several companies in the past with questions/concerns regarding their products and have always gotten the courtesy of a thoughtful reply. Good customer service is extremely important to me and for this reason, I am likely not to purchase products from Olay in the future. I think it is great that the new version of the product works well for some people and I wish I were one of them. However, I am not and I am writing to share “my opinion” of the product with others, so that they may evaluate the information and do with it as they choose (perhaps not waste their time or money on the product). After all, that is what “review sites” are intended for. ***EDIT*** I just wanted to let others know I did finally hear back from an Olay rep. This response came approximately a week after my original email to them, but in all fairness to the company, they did reply back. If anyone is interested, below is what they said concering bringing back the original version of the product: (Quote from Olay rep): I would like to share with you that we did decided to relaunch our Original Sensitive version. The original version will be widely available in April 2010 and will say “Classic Gentle Formula”.
Makeup Brushes -Everyday Minerals - Kabuki Brush (discontinued)

This is the worst makeup brush I have ever purchased! It SHEDS HORRIBLY! Seriously, it sheds so bad, I cannot even use it. Therefore, I cannot recommend buying it. I can, however, recommend NOT buying it.
