Eyes -Revlon - Photoready Eye Primer + Brightener

I'm really surprised about all the negative reviews here and I feel bad that not everybody got the same great results I have been getting from this product. Oh well, different body chemistry... First off, I think Revlon has come a long way since I was a teenager and has made a lot of improvements to their products. I don't normally buy drugstore brands simply because the vast majority of them test on animals and Revlon is one of the very few that doesn't, so I like to keep them in my rotation. Their Photoready line has been nothing but good to me so far and the eye brightening/primer has not let me down. I love the color and consistency and the way it goes on thing and smooth and dries fast. I am pale with pink eyelids and this evens out my coloring so I can wear it alone, and works great as a primer under my shadow. I have not creased yet! My only complaint, and it's kind of big, is that I just hate the twist up clicky applicator. I can't maneuver it with one hand, and can't control how much product comes out, so I know I'm wasting a lot of product. It would be perfect with UDPPs new packaging of the squeezey tube. But since this has worked well and made me happy, I will buy this again.

I rarely stray from Benefit Bad Gal Lash, but at a photoshoot i realized i had left the Bad Gal at home and was nowhere near an Ulta/Sephora, so i had to brave Walgreens. I don't buy a lot of DS makeup because so many of those brands test on animals, but i knew i was safe with Revlon and went with the 3D Volume in Blackest Black. This stuff is amazing! it has a short plasticy, stiff brush, but it's still real full, and it coats every single lash. It holds a curl beautifully, and it STAYS PUT. like forever. you will def need a good eye makeup remover to get it off. It didn't clump or flake or make my lashes brittle. I am so impressed i am totally buying it again. Sorry Benefit! I washed my face without MU remover the night i bought it, so the mascara didn't come off, when i woke up the next day to do lazy errands, i just curled my lashes with the previous days mascara, and it looked perfect all over again. get ya some! ♥

New Favorite! i think it blends beautifully on my lips and cheeks and for my skin tone, gives me the perfect -just-had-sex- look. which, happens to look great on me. i wear it well..

Lips -NARS - Lip Stain Gloss in Indian Red

I purchased this lip stain as the duo with the Moon Fleet gloss, and Wow, is this the PERFECT combo! The Indian Red stain is amazing. It feels great, goes on smooth and moist, and is totally buildable to your tastes. It can be as sheer or as deep as you want to make it. The staying power is incredible; i put the stain on at 2pm today, it's now 7:30pm, and I have had juice, a snack, and a cigarette, and it still looks beautiful. My Lips don't feel dry or flaky either. i just love it. Best stain i have ever purchased. And as far as the Moon Fleet gloss, another gem! it's shimmery and pretty, and light and fresh. Wear it alone, or on top of the stain, and either way, you have a winner. i couldn't be happier with this duo! My MAC stains, and Benetints are weeping because now they will be neglected for awhile!

Blush -Vincent Longo - Lip and Cheek Gel Stain

This is for the gel & cheek stain in Liquid Kiss. WOW! and i thought i loved Benefits Benetint! Longos Stain is so gorgeous, the consistency is a nice gel thats not thin or slippery and the velvet wand is so easy to use. it's not as watery as Benetint amd doesn't run down my cheeks when i apply. The color i chose is PERFECT! i'm NC20, and it works on my lips perfectly, too and doesn't feel dry like Benetint. I RIS, and i am just so in love. i'm mad into blushes right now, and this by far is a new fave. i want them all!

Blush -Avon - Jillian Dempsey Apricot Horizon Blush

Ewwwwwwwwww. This blush is so so so BAD. Its a gradiation blush so it starts dark and gradually gets lighter. It's called "apricot horizon" so i was excited to get a peachy/apricot blush, cuz i love those colors! But this is nowhere near a peachy color. it's PINK! hot hot hot pink! even the light side is too bright. AND PINK! i can't stress that enough; it's PINK. hot hot gross pink. Like the reviewer before said, it's totally an 80's color. Ugliest thing i've seen in makeup. it's unwearable and harsh. totally misleading color title. the packaging is cute, until you open it and are shocked by the hideousness of the color. i only paid 7 bux for it, but thats still too much for this junk in my opinion. Avon really screwed up big time with this one. If this is the "Apricot Horizon", i fear what the "Pink Horizon" looks like! eeeeek! Save your moneys! yuck.

I love Benefit, I love Maybe Baby, so naturally, i had to try B Spot. Guess what? LOVE it! it smells flowery, airy, light and citrusy and warm. Like a springtime version of Maybe Baby. my con is that it has (also the MB) terrible staying power. it's like as soon as i leave the house i don't smell it anymore and that makes me sad. its a bit pricey for what it is, a simple scent with poor power, but nonetheless, it makes me feel girly and pretty, so i'm a sucker! oh yeah, the bottle is boring, too. so sad! if i were in charge, way more effort would be put into this productm cuz ladies like me whould go nuts for it if it were just a bit more dazzling!

This is THE mascara. the best bestest super besty ever for me! i don't care how much it costs. if it were $70 a tube, i'd still have to have it. the brush is big and fat, but not clumsy. the product is a perfect consistencty, and goes on so smooth and easily and doesn't stink. i never get clumps, and it makes my lashes look like they're a week long! by the end of the day my lashes are still soft and never brittle. i really have never found anything better, or even close. this is my HG and one of my best friends as a product. even if i have decide to have a "no makeup day" i still brush this on and feel pretty. thank Benefit! xoxoxox

Treatments (Eye) -BeneFit Cosmetics - Ooh la lift!

This stuff is totally awesome! i genetically have dark circles under my eyes pretty much always (thanks for the gene, dad!), and when i put the Lift on, it gives the skin under my eyes a soft, pretty pinky glow. it makes my concealer stay put way better than on its own, (i use benefit boi-oing 01 concealer) and it just feels great! my only suggestion would be about the packaging, perhaps if it were a bit bigger and in a tub, i bet it could rock just a little harder!!!

Blush -Too Faced - Flushed Blush - Who's Your Daddy?

Wow!! i recieved this in a swap, thought it was a pretty color in the picture, but didn't think too much of it other than, I like Too Faced, a new blush should be cool... little did i know a love affair was about to begin! I'm very light skinned, NC20, so most colors really super show up on me. WYD blush is a matte rosey mauve with SPARKLES! fun, tiny, subtle sparkle flecks that make me glow in the best way. matte with sparkle, the best of both worlds for me and my skin. i can wear this alone for lazy days and it brightens up y entire face. i'm not sure how this would work on darker skin tones, but if you have paler skin, you gotta try this! LOVE!

wooooooooow! ok, so i totally love this stuff and agree with all the other ladies that gave it a good review...velvety smooth, keeps the oil away, etc... BUT!!!!!!!!!!!! i put on the Dr. Feelgood today after moisturizing and before makeup for work around noon, worked all day, played after, took a BIG nap, played outside some more, and at 3am when i got home, my make looked EXACTLY the way it did at noon. 15 hours later. no joke. i am in love! UPDATE Although this product worked beautifully on me and did it's job, I noticed that a few days after wearing it i break out with deep cystic painful acne pimples. I'm crushed about this. The pain and the marks on my face just aren't worth using this anymore. Really too bad. damn.

This review is for Orly's lacquer in 'Walk Down The Aisle'. first i have to say, wooooooooooooooow! I work at a Sally so i saw this polish when it first came in. the color in the bottle is very unique. a light pale frosty blue. i looked at it for a while before actually purchasing it, as i had no other color like it, but was very intrigued. when i did finally get it and put it on my nails, i was stunned. it transformed my hands completely. in the bottle is one thing, but on the nails is an amazing surprise. i have very pale skin and the color made my hands look almost moonlit and glowing. it's so soft and pale, but i don't want to say subtle. its just too beautiful. i've never seen another polish like it, and it's made me very happy. my hands glow when i wear it. please check this out! xo

simply put, i HATE this product. worst 6 bux i ever spent. in fact, i'm actually mad about it. i bought it in black, and it comes out in this pathetic faded tattoo green. if i press really hard, some black may rub off the side of the felt, but the tip is always dry and colorless, and yes i store it upside down as reccomended! it did nothing for me but make an ugly mess. i am really disappointed because i was excited about it after reading about it in Nylon magazine. i'm so jealous of the gals that had a good experience with it! ;) but yeah, to me this is crap.

This is SO strange to me! i cannot believe all the negative comments. i feel so sad for the other ladies who have used this and didn't like it and wish they could have the same experience as i have! i love it! totes love it. To me it feels liks a lighter version of Cliniques Comforting Cream Cleanser, which i also adore. the FMW feels great on my skin, and i always feel smoothe and refreshed when i use it. i've never felt the "film" everyone else is writing about. i wonder if it's just different skin tones, mine is fairly normal, or what? i will keep using it and buying it.

I've never used a TM before, until a good friend of mine who works for BB had me try it out. she put it on me at the counter, and i was SOLD. it feels really good, and looks better. it evens out my skin tone and doesn't cover up my freckles. i wear it in the xtra light shade. the only complaint i have, and it's kinda big for me, is that it burns my eyes. what are you doing with it in your eyes? you know if your eyes water, and you rub them, or after you put it on you touch your eyes, it just burns. really bad. i guess i should be more careful. but i can put it on with my fingers just like a regualr moisturizer, and it's even and awesome.
