Treatments (Eye) -Cle de Peau - Baume Contour De Yeux

This is a rich, intensive, highly effective eye cream. I am in my mid 40s, and my undereye skin is smooth and unlined...not even fine lines...because I always used an eye cream that still could be felt in the morning. I switched to this one a couple of years ago after I received a sample of it, even though the price was horrifying! But the small metal tube doesn't take up too much space in my travel bag (I don't like those fancy, heavy glass jars that weigh a ton), and it has lasted just over a year, used nightly. So I guess it works out to be about $12/month...not bad if you do the math that way! If you are really serious about staving off eye wrinkles, this is your Holy Grail!
Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Sea Island Cotton

A beautiful, clean, crisp smell, like a floral twist on bedsheets line-dried on a sunny summer day! Someone suggested that putting it's smell-alike predecesor, Cotton Blossom lotion, on your hands and petting your cat, and they were right....my cat loved it, and she smells wonderful and fresh!
Absolutely the most sickening perfume I have ever tried. On me, it smells like rancid chocolate mixed with rotting mangos. And it's a very clingy scent, and won't wash off with water alone. Revolting. On some it smells OK, but I'm not one of them! Make sure you squirt yourself in the department store on several different occasions before you get seduced by the beautiful bottle and may wind up regretting it.
Liquid -L'Oreal - True Match Super-Blendable Makeup SPF 17

This is the most amazing foundation, and superior to many that cost far more! I get cystic acne extremely easily from makeup, and my skin remains clear using this one. I am a W6, and it is very hard to find a foundation for a caramel-beige skin that does not have orangey tones to it, but this one does not. It looks totally natural. I glides over skin easily, has SPF 17, just the right amount of coverage, and really lasts. Even though I have been having hot flashes and my face does get "glowy", the foundation stays put and does not melt down. The only minus is that it does not have a pump.
Foundations -Make Up For Ever - Compact Creme Foundation

This product is really a catch-22: If you need coverage this heavy, then you probably have acne scars or discolorations that you need covered. BUT...this product has a grease-paint consistancy, and made me break out in hard, lumpy cystic acne, and un-expressable, bumpy, clogged pores all over my face!!! My skin has never looked this bad. The coverage is very good, but if your skin is so dry that you would like this product, you probably don't need the masky coverage. The compact has a HUGE mirror, which is great.
Mascara -Maybelline - Sky High Curves Extreme Length and Curl [DISCONTINUED]

Did not curl my lashes at all...it made them look thin, long, and pointy. Not volumizing either. A total disappointment; got thrown away after 3 uses!
Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous Waterproof Mascara in Soft Black [DISCONTINUED]

I have long, thick, poker-staight eyelashes, and after applying it, I had longer, same-thickness, poker-straight eyelashes! This product does not curl thick lashes at all, and I noticed no thickness difference! For a cheap mascara that gives the false eyelas look, Maybelline Volume Express is the best one that I have tried (don't bother getting the "turbo" one...no difference). I am Latina with Asian-straight lashes, and I think that Volmiunous may work on thinner, shorter lashes better.
As a naturally tan Latina with pigmented lips, I can't say that this shade is all that great on me. It makes me look washed out, as it is a very pale, silvery buff/peach. I'm also not too keen on its marshmallow flavor. That being said, if you are a white girl (tan or not) with pale pink lips like Paris Hilton, you'll love it! My girlfriends look amazing in Prrr, and y'all have seen enough pix of Paris to see how great it CAN look!
Absolutely worth the hype! I use it to cover adult acne scars and breakouts, and it is just incredible the way it covers by morphing into my yellow-tan/beige skin, and never looks cakey! Yes, it is beastly expensive, but I am a concealer freak, and have bought just about everything on the maket over the years. CdP lasts well, and reapplies seamlessly when necessary. I can see why it is the fave of H-wood makeup artists.
