Lip Treatments -eos - Lip Balm Sphere - Summer Fruit

Initially I enjoyed using this product..especially when the packaging is so cute! However since I started using it..my lips started flaking and was always chapped..no matter how often i apply the product. When I apply it is very smooth and smells nice and fruity (albeit a tad strong)..but it is just not moisturising enough for my lips... I stopped using it and then went back to it..as I really wanted this product to work for me...but once again my lips began to flake and chap :(
I really enjoy this lip product. Pigmented. Glides on very smooth. Relatively moisturising. You do need to reapply every few hours. You don't need gloss as the finish does leave a shine to it. I would definitely repurchase..but only if it was on sale. I live in Australia and it costs about $21-$22 RRP. However I got it for a 2 for 1 sale.
I have combination skin, where i am oily on my T Zone. I do not like to put foundation on as I always feel like it suffocates my face. However this BB cream is light weight and doesn't "weigh down" on my face. It also lasts pretty much throughout the day for me. It does leave a dewy look after application, but if you put on powder, you will achieve the mattified look. The only problem I think there will be ( I have not finished the bottle yet) is that there will be quite a bit of product left over due to the pump bottle design.
This is an absolute fail in terms of dry shampoo... it weighs down my hair, it sprays everywhere and it clogs up so easily. It feels like your spraying water onto your hair at first..then it dries up and become REALLY white and its so hard to brush it out evenly..if at all~ its not a quick process so it defeats the purpose of dry shampoo. it does somewhat make my hair look less oily and the only good thing is this smells real nice.. would NOT repurchase...ever!
The best dry shampoo formula I have come across so far...it doesnt weigh down your hair, its easy to comb out the product to distribute it along your crown and it doesnt leave white powder and I have dark brown to black hair! It is a little expensive, approx $12-$15 for a can and it does run out a little fast, but i've tried alot of other brands..and this is so far the best formula so far :D definitely will repurchase!
Lipstick -Revlon - ColorBurst Lipstick in Blush 035 [DISCONTINUED]

It is such a shame to learn that this product is discontinued, especially when I just started using this product. I have been trying to find a shade which is close to my lip colour yet with a hint of colour. This lipstick doesn't dry out, it goes on real smooth and its great for everyday use. The stay on power is average, but which lipstick really stay on for the whole day and night without reapplication?? overall this is a great product! I even got it at a cheaper price coz they had 30% off all revlon products at my department store. score! Hopefully revlon will be able to replace this product with something just as good :)
Treatments (Eye) -Bobbi Brown - EXTRA Eye Repair Cream

This cream is pretty hydrating and thick, but a small amount goes a long way. There is sufficient amount in the jar which will last you a long time. However the jar is quite heavy so it is not travel friendly. Also it is really expensive but it did not actually reduce my dark circles. These reasons might be the cause of me not wanting to purchase again.
The concealer itself is great, creamy so it is easy to apply but don't put too much if you have oily skin, as it can slide off if it is not set with powder. The downside of this product is the loose powder..it settles into the fine lines under my eyes and sometimes the powder is really obvious, even when a very light amount has been applied. I rarely use the powder after the concealer, I use another matte powder to set the concealer. I bought the "new and improved" concealer set with the pact powder, hopefully it wont be a disappointment.
For those who have dark circles, this is a def buy! I have developed pretty bad dark circles due to rotational shift work. I always use this product before putting on concealer. I feel concealer itself does not conceal my dark circles enough. the only downside is that it is quite dear, and it takes practice before knowing how much to apply on. Occasionally I even use the corrector alone just to cover up the dark hues underneath my eyes. DEF BUY AGAIN :)
overall this product is pretty good. I have oily lids, and with primer, this gel liner will stay on for at least 6-8 hours. Without the use of eyeshadow primer, depending on how humid it is, it may crease and smudge a little bit, but nothing that can't be fixed. I use this product on a daily basis and I have been using the same pot for at least 6 months, it has not dried up yet and there is still half a pot left. I would def use this over mac fluidline (I own and use both) esp if you have oily lids.
This eye cream did nothing for my dark circles..it didnt really moisturise as much either..i tested it out because the salesperson recommended it over the avocado eyecream. I much prefer the bobbi brown eyecream as it was more moisturising, evntho it did not do much for my dark circles either. However this product did feel good as it felt light and not too thick. It can be easily applied on and easily absorbed.
i reckon this is worth its price, but the only downfall i guess is that it takes a while to get EVERYTHING off..sometimes when i take the mascara off..my lashes fall off too.. but it does create a nice voluminous effect, which is good for those who have very sparse lashes.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

This is awesome product! cheap as well! :D definitely worth its price...would be better if it was purchasable in department stores in other countries like Australia. This primer is my first and im really satisfied with it. makes my eye make up stay longer, but as my lids are really oily..especially during the summer periods (which is realll hot as i live in Australia) it does crease a bit..but in general it does its job pretty well! :)
Cleansers -Neutrogena - Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes
tookie15 5/16/2011 12:38:00 AM
This is really good for removing make up..even those waterproof and mascaras which are pretty tough in removing! It is not too oily nor dry..but once its open dont leave it for too long coz it will dry up as the resealable seal does not protects its moisture for ages~
