my favorite polish this summer. i've gotten compliments every time i wear it. at first i found the consistency too thick and hard to apply but once i got used to it, i get the fastest manicure with this. no base coat or top coat, just 2 coats of this and done. i was surprised at how fast this polish dries since it is pretty thick. i've done my nails right before eating with chopsticks and another time right before going to sleep. both times my manicure stayed nice. one odd thing is the staying power is better without my opi top coat. so alone, it lasts about a week before chipping but with top coat, it chips after like 3-4 days.

Eyeliner -L'Oreal - HIP Color Truth Cream Eyeliner in Black

This eyeliner is amazing. I bought this during BOGOF in black and in eggplant. I wished I bought two blacks instead because stupid me messed up the black one =( I use it nearly everyday so I decided to not screw the lid back on and just let it sit loosely on top. BAD BAD idea! It made the whole creme thing shrink in the pot and it became drier. (this is what I get for being lazy) I dont use the eggplant one as often so i always screw the lid back on and the creme is perfectly fine. I didn't realize at first but i did notice that i had to dip my brush (get another brush, the one it comes w/ is terrible) more than usual with more pressure. Usually I just had to lightly dab it once for each eye. Nonetheless, it still works and the staying power is amazing!!! I have oily skin but after i put press powder on top of the eyeliner, its set for the day. The skinny: super black, smooth, great staying power, bad brush, don't be lazy and screw the lid back on always!

Eyeliner -New York Color - Eyeliner Duet

I have this in you've got the power (blue) and mockingbird (pearly white). the mocking bird was a disappointment at first because you can't even see it. but it works as a great blender. i line my upper eyelid with a colored or black eyeliner. then i run it over with the mockingbird liner, which lightens the color making it look like eyeshadow or the smokey-eyed look. the blue one is also very pretty. the only thing is it creases and smudges easily. to prevent this from happening, dab some press powder or eyeshadow over the eyeliner.
