I bought this brush last week on sale for $14. This is my first kabuki brush, so it's taking some getting used to. I love this brush so far; my powder foundation went on so much smoother than usual. I didn't even have to use a sponge to blend streaks like I did with my other brush. I would wash this brush before first use, since some dye came out of it on first wash. My old brush would lose large amounts of hair during each wash even though I'm gentle, but this brush didn't lose a single hair.

Treatments -Oxy - Sensitive Skin Acne Treatment

This used to be my HG in my battle against acne. I got it to replace Neutrogena On-the-Spot which wasn't strong enough, and was too drying. Oxy got my acne down to a minimum, but Oxy has since reformulated this product. I'm not sure what exactly they changed (besides the packaging), but it doesn't seem to work as well anymore. There is also a new distinct odor to it. My friend even asked me why I smelled like cheese, and it does have a cheesy smell to it now. I'll probably keep buying this until I find something else. (Also this is now called Standard, instead of Sensitive Skin, but they're the same.)

Lip Gloss -Sinful - Wild and Crazy Lipgloss

After reading the reviews here, I decided I had to try these. I was a bit nervous that they weren't safety sealed (and some had obviously been tried), but I found one in Strawberry Sherbert that didn't appear used. The smell reminds me a little of Play-doh, but is tolerable. I did have some trouble with the wand not pulling out enough gloss, though. (I ended up prying out that ring around the opening.) Overall, for the price it's an excellent gloss. So why the low score, then? One day, after reapplying this, I noticed this black speck stuck in the gloss on my lips. When I wiped off my gloss I realized it looked like a dead bug; I thought it might have been a fluke. But when I went back to Long's I found one of the clear glosses on the shelf had a fruit fly suspended in the bottom. (Too bad they wouldn't let me buy it; it looked kind of neat.) I really like this gloss, but bugs are a deal-breaker for me.
