just got this today, and wow! i'm a sucker for tinted balms, and this is the best. it leaves a gorgeous, natural looking berry color, and a nice cooling sensation. it also moisturized quite nicely! and the packaging is adorable. i think i'm going to get miami next!
Lip Gloss -Victoria's Secret - Sweet Talk Shimmering Gloss [DISCONTINUED]

i got this in peach shimmer when they were 2 for $10. i split the deal with my sister, who got strawberry shimmer. anyway, i love this gloss! it's not sticky in the least, especially when compared to mac lipglass or jts. peach shimmer is pretty much the color of my lips, but with pretty gold shimmer and shine. and it tastes really good! it also lasts much longer than one would expect for such a non-sticky gloss. i'll be back for more of these!
this may not work on the super-oily, but for me, it really does the trick. i have combo to oily skin, and i'm loving this! nice, light moisture that dries to a matte finish very quickly, perfect for pre-makeup. usually, i use blot powder at about 1pm, but now i don't have to blot until 5 or 6! simply great. i love the sanitary squeeze bottle, and chic white packaging. mac packaging is awesome, my SO loves their skincare because, 'it doesn't look girly' lol.
lovely, lovely color. looks fantastic on my brown eyes. i'd give it a 4.5, however, as this seems to smudge more than other fluidlines.
i adore this! even though it's a lustre, the texure is fine, not amazing, but not as bad as previous lustres. and the color is worth it! simply gorgeous goldish-orange-pink, that would lool great on almost anyone. i wore it today with a little orange e/s and shade fluidline... so pretty!
mmm, gorgeous. looks lovely and glowy on me (NW25, pigmented lips). all i need is this, orgasm blush, and some mascara!
just more proof that mac rocks. i've gotten two b2m lippies so far, and i can't wait to get more! i depot my e/s (no freestanding store near me) so i end up with tons of empties. it's pretty good marketing too, i tend to buy mac because i know if i finish something/it goes bad, i can use it for b2m!
Loose Powders -Clinique - Blended Face Powder and Brush

the good: the color is great, i'm an NW20-25 and i use transparency 3. this sets my foundation nicely. for the amount, it's MUCH less expensive than other loose powders, such as MAC. the bad: gets a little cakey, turns slighty orange, the packaging kinda sucks (but for the price, i can't really expect a sifter). i'll use this up, but i'm still on the lookout for something better.
i like this because it's VERY black. i use it on my inner rims every day. problems: i seem to be running out of this really fast, but that's only because it so soft and easy to apply. also, it smudges a little by the end of the day. i would repurchase, but still looking for the ultimate black pencil liner.
this is the best touch up powder. it's really fantastic, instant mattifying. a can't-live-without HG. it does run VERY light though, i'm a LLL NW20, and i use medium.
Blush -MAC - Pinkerpeach and Trust Fund Shimmer Duo
thenumberdevil 4/9/2005 6:47:00 PM
i really like this. i've only used the 2 sides together so far, but i bet they're great separate too. the trust fund side also makes a lovely eyeshadow (yes, it's eyesafe). trust fund on eyes+pinkerpeach/trust fund on cheeks/sunnyboy lipglass on lips=best summery look ever.
Makeup Brushes -MAC - #187 Duo Fiber Face Brush (Stippling, Skunk Brush)
thenumberdevil 3/31/2005 5:38:00 PM
for anyone who has been scared of blusher... this one's for you. i had been using a tres ghetto blush brush, and ended up looking like a clown every time. but now i have the 187, and it's foolproof! even me-proof! awesome for blushes, mineralized skinfinishes and other shimmer products, and for light, natural application of bronzer. biggest rave ever.
Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye Liner Gel-Royal Wink
thenumberdevil 3/18/2005 6:16:00 AM
this color is so great. it reminds me of blueboy paint, only better! it's a great base for blues, and a lovely liner. the only promblem is that you have to put on a couple coats to make it the color in the pot, but this makes it more versitile as a base.
gorgeous color! they still have a few of these at the soho freestanding store, so if you're in the area, check them out! for the boys is a gorgeous bright blue, and looks amazing over blue peep fluidline. i can't reccomend it enough!
this has got to be the prettiest color ever. it's a lot like chartru paint, only much bolder and less silver. when applied over a ccb, the effect is pure shimmery neon lime. i'm in love! AND all chartruese pigments made after january 1, 2005, are eye safe, so if you get a new one, no worries!
