Eye Shadow -Napoleon Perdis - Color Disc

I bought a simple matte black colour disc, looking for something to pair with a loose gold eyeshadow pigment called "Copper Element" (That I absolutely LOVE btw). This black colour does not pop or do really anything for me at all, it almost goes on as a dark grey. I even tried wetting my brush for a more dramatic look but I found my efforts to be a waste of time. This product was not worth what I paid for it, and was not as "inspired" as the girl at the counter assured me it was. Don't buy unless you're prepared to cake on the colour in order to reach a simple black. The packaging was quite pathetic also, I have never been a fan of Napoleon's packaging. Not happy at all, overpriced. :(

I bought this product last week from Myer and I've pretty much fallen in love with it. The colour is fairly unique and I plan to wear it quite a bit this Winter (Aussie Winter is June/July/August) because it makes a statement. My only issue is it's lasting ability, it does leave a stain on the lip but the stain itself is more of a barbie pink than the original lilac colour. But other than that it's amazing!!
